Good early morning, MMC!
Some much needed rain arrived about an hour ago during an extremely lightning loaded storm - needless to say, I am up since Bo was in panic mode. He has calmed down again. Mouse is staring at her food and water bowls wondering why they haven't been washed out and filled. It's too early to feed her, but she thinks that is the routine as the lights are on.
I'm thinking a nap is in my future

If you head over to True Movies and True Movies 2, they are showing random Christmas movies. Nothing really advertised but I've taped 3 over the last couple of weeks, one of which was Christmas in Connecticut
Either today or tomorrow should list the July 25th scheduling for QVC as it only shows a week in advance

we also had some rain and thunder storms over night. It did nothing to cool off things, it is just now wet and hot.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!! It is going to be another hot and humid day here in central Indy. We have a slight chance of strong storms and I am hoping that one hits us because we need the rain. I don't have anything planned for today so I am going to sit here in front of the air conditioner and watch a Christmas movie. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I speak relatively of cool because the 93 anticipated high for today will seem cool in comparison to the rest of the week.
The highs predicted for Tuesday through Friday for Raleigh: 97, 97, 99, 99.
And that will come with high humidity too.
Boy am I glad air conditioning was invented. (Hard to believe now that I grew up without it - and in Florida, no less!)
Currently, we read 74.
Best get a walk in now!
Onward with our ever dwindling count:

Just over 2 1/2 weeks away now from Milestone #12, the 100-day Season mark. Then double digits!

I finally got all those hungry family reunion members fed yesterday morning. It was a job, but I survived! When I got home, I went to work on the deck again. I dont usually like to work on Sunday, but I HAVE to get this thing finished. And it's looking pretty good, if I do say so myself.
Today starts Methodist Camp Meeting. Nancy & the kids always look forward to it, and I don't. I never get to rest very well with so many people moving around. They all stay up past midnight every night. That ain't me! I gotta have my 8 hours.
I guesss I'll survive it. I hope y'all have a great day! :grin:

Good morning everyone!!!! Well two months from today I will be at Arcadia National Park and I cannot wait!!!! This will be my first time there, and to Maine for that matter, I cannot wait, I have been to the Green MTS and the White MTS so I am sure this is going to blow my mind, at Cadillac MT it is said to be the 1st spot the sun rises in the US. One morning I will witness that event! Now, I know I do not come as often as everybody else, but I was hoping to pick the brains of those who do. I would like to join the Platinum Membership but it looks like you can only do it with a Credit Card does anyone know if you can send a check? I had some bad experiences and do not wish to give my credit card over the internet anymore. I sent a message about a week ago and have not heard back :-?

Wayne and I had planned to go this past weekend but I ended up really sick so maybe this weekend. We also missed the Hallmark Christmas ornament premiere. Blah!

Woke up feeling better and tried to do my usual routine and started feeling bad again so I am back in bed with my laptop. I think I am just really weak from being in bed for 2 days. I am going to attempt to get up again. I am so BORED just laying around!
