My panic set in because I thought it would be on over the weekend - didnt think to wait for the Monday schedule release!

I'll have to Sky+ it and watch when we return from holiday - so it will be Christmas in August for me - unfortuantely I wont be able to buy anything as the offers will be over!

well, the heat wave you are all talking about has made its way here. 38c on Thursday with humadex of 48c! Yikes, so grateful for the ac. The rest of the week will be between 30c to 34c with of course the ever popular humadex thrown in!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!! It is going to be another hot one here in central Indy. We are under a excessive heat warning for the rest of the week now. I have been up since 4am watching shopnbc and to tell you the truth I haven't been real impressed. It looks like they are selling all of the leftovers from last years CIJ. I'm still excited to see Christmas stuff on TV though. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

We are under a heat advisory, too - going to be in the 100s with the heat index. Very unusual for so far north - I worry so about the animals!!!!!!!!

Good morning, Christmas family!

It is a foggy morning out - in a few minutes I am going to go and take care of the outside fur kids. Some of the kittens are looking around wondering what the fog is - they are so cute when they experience things for the first time.

No storms last night so I slept fairly good until the alarm went off at 3 and woke me up. For the record, I didn't set the alarm. Once it was turned off, I went right back to sleep.

Working today - not sure what I am going to be doing, but it will be something that will keep me fairly cool. Washing glassware might do the trick. I've found that with dial-up I can do a load of glassware while I wait for a job to load/post.

I wish we had ShopNbc on tv. I do have it going online right now but can't watch it while I am on here. I much rather have it on tv.

Good news on all the stray kitties. They got fixed and all their shots and were returned this morning. I wish they could all just have a permanent home but at least they are healthy and my neighbor and I keep them fed and plenty of water.

Good morning friends! It's HOT in Ohio too! It was 82º at 5:15 this morning! WEW! had to wear a tank top to walk - that doesn't happen too often so early in the morning!!

We are having a Christmas In July party Saturday at the lake! I'm really excited! Last night I mixed up batter for Christmas cookies!! We are having a white elephant exchange so I need to come up with some "junk" to put in there. Lol! So exciting! I will dig out some lights & probably the tree from here at work. (easy to put up) and maybe I'll have to make some peanut brittlle & egg nog too?!?! I made peanut butter brownie cookies last ngiht, which I made at Christmas last year, so they are kind of a Christmas thing for me! :smile: So FUN!!!
