Just got back from Yankee's Halloween preview... all the employees were dressed up! Giving out candy, etc. It was so much fun! I didn't get to take pics because Jude and I were busy smelling each and every candle... (while my hubby had crazy Noel walking in the mall - that little guy is a rascal! hehe)

I am excited to see Halloween goodies out. Great picture!

Called my friends several times yesterday to finalize plans for the get together and they decided to do it some other time. I agreed and pulled out a pile of paperwork for the store. I was organizing everything (well, let's face it, I was making a pretty big mess as I was organizing and setting up my tasks) when I get the call to be ready in 10 minutes because dinner is back on. Grrrrrrrrrrr! It ended up being a lovely evening, though. We ate at Applebee's (yummy!) and went to Culver's for dessert. It was just nice to get out and talk.

I am glad you had a great time with your friend. I sure miss my closest friends. One of them passed away 2 years ago and the other took on a new life of being 20 again and PARTY PARTY PARTY! I am not into that scene so I don't get a chance to ever see her. =(

Speaking of Hobby Lobby....went by last night and took some pictures....they are coming soon!

They have some great stuff. Looking forward to the pictures!

I can't believe its only 99 days til the season, I am SO excited! I can't wait!! Can I start decorating now?!?! please please please hahahah

hey my fave online community. i hope u guys are doing alright. all fine here, just terribly tired.....got a new bed today and a new huge cupboard for the familyroom. the bed is from my father s former apartement and the cupboard is from my friend nicole...she will totally redesign her family room.....so she needed to get rid of it...........so my boyfriend, my pops and I spend the day gettin em to my place, dismanteling the old ones, buildin the new ones up and sorting the stuff.....and the worst is...i aint even done yet....lol....but for today...thatsthat....lol

How nice to get some new things for your home. =)

Long day at work, but I came home to a nice surprise my wife made homemade fried chicken and homemade chocolate chip cookies, I love that woman. Tomorrow we paint, hmm now I am putting it together (jk) cheesy We will watch Battle: Los Angeles tonight.

How sweet of her and sweet of you to appreciate her. =)

I am home from school and really tired. I went in before 7 a.m., and we finished almost all of the moving. Just three chairs and one loaded moving thingy. Then I will have to unpack everything before Monday, August 15th. I am almost too tired for dinner, believe it or not! Hope everyone has a great evening!

Well I got all of my niece's school supplies bought and I even picked them up a couple of new outfits to. There mother was happy and I think my brother in law was even happier. Now he doesn't have to take both of them to the store by himself to do it. While I was out I also noticed that walmart was starting to clear out there garden section. That means the Halloween merchandise should be coming in soon and then it will be time for Christmas!!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!! It is going to be another hot day here in central Indy. I wish someone would tell mother nature that 21 days of 90 degree weather is enough and we really don't need 22. Our big rain storm yesterday turned out to be 3 minutes of sprinkles. I stood outside in it and didn't even get wet. Hopefully one of the pop up storms today will hit us. My allergies have decided to go crazy today. I have been coughing and sneezing since I woke up. So my plans for today involve taking pills every 4 hours and watching the nascar race. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I will trade you weather!!! 90 degree high temperature sounds like fall weather to me right now. We are waking up to temps near 90. I know you already knew that though. =)

I couldn't handle it down there. I would have been packing to move north after a week of 100 degree weather let alone a month of it.


It looks like a couple more days of 90 degree weather for us and then low 80's on wednesday.

Good morning, Christmas familyStill having the same problem which started on Friday. The only way for me to get on MMC is through a proxy server. When I try to get on "regular" I get the "INTERNET EXPLORER CANNOT DISPLAY THIS PAGE" message. Over the course of the last couple days I have tried EVERYTHING everyone has suggested and nothing has worked with the exception of course,that Made had of trying a proxy server!! Thanks MADE !!!!! If not for you, I would not be on here at all.I ordered a new router and will see about a new modem sometime on Monday. When I try to thank folks on here the proxy server acts really goofy and I can't use the smiles at the right for my posts !! Also I cant access the chat box. But in the very least I am on. If my posts look odd it is because they are not posting the way they would regularly. I hope all have a wonderful Sunday. If anyone thinks of anything else, let me know !! This is going to be short as I keep getting booted off the net - won't be able to get much work done online, either. Working this afternoon and then making a frittata for supper - it is very hot and humid and I can make this in the microwave. I have never made one before, so it should be interesting.
