Good afternoon,

I am home sick today, I woke up with such pain & pressure behind my eyes, and just a rather sick feeling. I called out and got the kids off to school and preschool, which was so painful without any energy. I went to the drug store and bought Nyquil and Dayquil, took Nyquil and passed out on the couch while watching Home Alone. I will be taking it easy the rest of the day.

AM sorry to hear that. my mum had to have that done when she was 34 but she let it go to far because of fear

I do beleive in prayers. my mum at the time and now myself and i have had the proof .I pray to the little flower and she will answer you
My best friend had stomach cancer and i prayed and prayed to the little flower and one day i was on my way home from seeing her and i can smell the smell of roses. i though my perfume in my bag had opened but it had,nt.
Unfortunataly for her it was the wrong answer.
I dont no your religion or your beliefs in saints but somtimes if it can help it cant be bad.
And the sacred heart is very strong to pray to.
Over the years i have prayed to them 2 and thank god they always seem to lead me down the right road and am not a real holly person
i really do hope you brothers sister will be fine. as it a worring time for him as well and everyone else round her
hope i have not went on to much but will keep her in my prayers to them

I wondered the same thing, so I Googled "prayer to little flower." It refers to St. Therese of Lisieux. I hadn't heard of her before, either.

Same here! Over the years I've gotten them on my back and legs,and shoulders,but not my arms...ahh to be in my 20's again...I don't regreet having them ....yet...talk to me again when I hit 60 and I may say different!:

HA< HA, HA!!!! Too true but as I only hit 40 this past Feb, maybe I'll keep the wild side a little bit longer... Who knows maybe when I'm 60 I'll get another one!!! Yeah, I kind of like that idea I think... Hmmm, well I have 20 years to think on it! HA, HA, HA!!!:lol:

I wish I had some words of wisdom for you on your little one, but I have no experience with babies, but I will be hoping that as you say these are the only minor things that come up and he stays on the road of health. I'll be thinking about you, wishing you the best.

Thank you! I wish the same and pray as well. I have seizure disorder, migraines, and had a blood clot in the past, which I found out that acquired a blood disorder from my mother, which is why I got the blood clot - both my parents have had one, plus my maternal grandmother, so I hope to have healthy kids. I acquired all these things before 20 years old. So...I am lucky to only have these things wrong with me as well. I can keep praying!

i have tara faith in her . she was very young when she died
they lifted her remails a few years back and went round the world with it . stunning little casket i have photo,s and my uncle who gives out the scaraments got a rose and run it along her casket and i swaer that rose did not die for about a year. i now have in plastic and when someone is not well i give a little bit of it to them.
she has even helped my aniamals

My oldest son JP, had colic. It was a tough time when he was just crying uncontrollably and nothing you could do would cheer him up. He was finally diagnosed with colic, and prescribed a formula called Nutramigen (sp) and he was a new baby after that. If there was something that could stop his screaming now, we would be grateful. cheesy

I've heard of that formula before. I guess if he doesn't show much improvement, she is going to change his formula, but she wanted to wait a little bit. She started him on a probiotic to try to help, but we haven't really seen an improvement yet, but it's only been 2 days. We'll see. Thanks for the advice! And I am sure you're thinking that. The older they get, the worse it is!

That reminded me of something some comedian said about giving up drinking. He said it was whole lot better waking up than "coming to." LOL

I got two tats, too. on on the inside of my wrist......it says I

I got this one in 2004....and then I got a chinese sign of my left shoulder plate that means Rebel.......I did this in 1999 on my vacation to the States...this one was in Phoenix Arizona.....I dont regret it......If I ever have money....I will have my daughters name and birthdate tattoed on the inside or outside of my left ankle

I have...A few tattoos... My last name on my left foot, Japanese symbols on my right calf that says 'eternal heaven', a tribal heart with weird wingy things around it on my lower back, a kiss mark on my left ribs, a palm tree with waves and clouds on my upper back, a quote that says 'stop hoping, start believing' on my left upper shoulder, Marilyn Monroe on my left forearm, and finally a little kittie behind my left ear with a santa hat on. Wow. I really didn't realize I have that many!! Theyre all pretty small, maybe that's why I don't really notice it hahaha...

My dad had a couple military tattoos. I've never had any interest in gettting one, and neither has Nancy.

I guess if I were forced to choose one, I'd go with a Rudolph right over my heart!

Stop, Take a Deep Breath, Hold it, Release. It will all be okay. He sounds like my youngest niece. She wouldn't go to the potty at all. The flushing scared her. Then one day she got over it and started going. She also out grew the attitude. Well she mostly out grew the attitude.

good morning....good day my friends. still not really feeling better...but I make the best out of.....since I am stuck at home now....feeling weak.....I have decided to make it a beautiful and lazy day with Kandice.....the both of us do a christmas movie marathon....starting the the rudolph the rednosed reindeer movie....yukon cornelius just got together with hermy and rudi.....later on we will watch It s A Wonderfull Life, Home Alone 2, The Grinch and on and on.....laying down now a little

Thanks for all the prayers and kind words for my brother's girlfriend.

She had both breasts removed yesterday, and, unfortunately, they found more cancer in her lymph nodes. They are planned to start agressive chemo and radiation in a couple weeks. She's in great spirits, and she's ready to fight. Good for her!

Still praying for your brothers girlfriend...

I have 4 tattoos.. they are all hidden though. I have a butterfly on my lower back. Stars on my foot and my kids names on my hips (and my kids names are on my hips because they (child birth) are the reason they are wider then they used to be =0)... by hidden I mean in normal clothes..of course in a bathing suit you can see them. I waited until after I had both of my kids before getting my hips tattooed because i was afraid of them stretching out. I love all of tattoos but havent had them all that long. I figure at least if I dont love them as much down the road its easy to hide them and of course I will always love having my kids names on me :grin:

I hope you are all having a great afternoon! My day has been pretty good. I was cleaning out my basement closet last night with my Hubby and he told me until we get rid of a few things I cant buy anymore Christmas gifts :-? guess I need to get cleaning this weekend to decide on a few things to get rid of! Today is my wedding anniversary.. went to lunch with my Hubby on my lunch break. He is making steak for dinner..yum yum!
