. Well for the great news...Ella does have a tumor, but it's BENIGN! Thanks be to God! There is nothing we have to do about it, unless it keeps growing and then he will take it off for her.

Well my Niece just got done with her second infusion and it's not looking good. As soon as they stopped the IV she started getting really dizzy and having chills really bad. Of course the childrens hospital just wheeled her out to the car in a wheelchair and told my sister to follow up with her regualr doctor if she's not better in a couple of hours.

I just wish I could help, Made. I mean I just wish there were SOMETHING any of us could do for her ! xo

My weekly trip to the Pines is cancelled tonight....

I think I'd rather be at Made's helping with the young one....

I have spent the last two nights working at Hallmark and prepping for this weekend. All of the Christmas cards are out (individual ones, not quite done with the boxed ones) and I have been in the Christmas spirit the whole time! Of course, I have had nearly every customer complaining about us having Christmas stuff out "when it isn't even Halloween yet! Don't you guys wanna celebrate one holiday at a time?" In fact, every time I heard someone say it, for some reason instead of getting upset, it would put me even more in the spirit. I would just tell them how much I loved Christmas, couldn't wait for our store to start playing the Christmas CDs...and then they would look at me like I had two heads. Sigh. Some people just don't get it!

What a bunch of Scrooges !!! Good for you - Let that Christmas spirit shine !!!! xo

Good Thursday morning mmc!!

Cold, wet and windy here, feeling very autumn at last after the mini heatwave we had last week!!

Ordered a couple of gifts online, Im determined to be more organised this year!! Cant wait until our local garden centre puts it decorations out, I love going there! Always pick up something new aswell, they normally put them out at the end of the month, also need to go get the girls a new halloween costume each before all the good ones are gone!!

Have not been on for a couple of days so going to catch up with all the new posts!

Hi everyone! Hope you're all having a great day! My DH let me sleep in this am. I was up at 3:30 and 6:30 with the baby last night since he was at work and with only getting 2 hours of sleep the previous day, I was pretty tired. What a great husband I have. Well for the great news...Ella does have a tumor, but it's BENIGN! Thanks be to God! There is nothing we have to do about it, unless it keeps growing and then he will take it off for her. The vet said she will probably keep getting them the older she gets. At some point too, possibly, they could get malignant. Golden Retriever's are the #1 dogs for cancer, which I knew, but I still don't like hearing it. Oh well, for now, I am just glad she is doing okay! Hope you all have a great evening - I will back on later!

So glad to hear that about ella. my boxer dog who is 10 has the same the same thing this 2 years on his leg and has never got any bigger. so hopefully ella will be the same. and what a nice hubby you have

What kind of a place is your hosital they should be ashamed of them selves. doing that on a kid.

Good morning everyone
hope your all doing good
was not on much yesterday and has took me 20 minutes to catch up.
Weather again is lovely gonna get the pool out and sun my self all day...lies its windy ,raining and about 7c nothing new there
Started and put a few toys out yesterday boy was that a mistake.. got a phone call from one of the girls to bring more in. so i did then about a hour after that another phone call
So i said to hell with it am gonna put a pile out. so had to end up going and to buy stuff to put up 4 more shelves up and fill them so have as many out as i can at the minute.
Saw that boots (a chemist) has there christmas gift book out and the toymaster book can in the post. so its getting more like christmas every day

Good a.m to all on this wonderful site!! about to get myself & daughter out to work & school. my daughter goes for an MRI this afternoon due to her migraine headaches. I've had to put it off trying to get insurance & all that mess straightened out. Finally she's getting it. I do hope it's just hereditary; meaning there's nothing else going on. me, my mom, & my grandmother all have them. please say a prayer for her if you would. @ work we're decorating the "big" tree. we've done several others but this one will take the longest. the lights are brutal to put on. not even sure i have enough right now. i keep saying i'm gonna post some pics...but i really am once my kids show me how,LOL! hope ya'll have a great Thursday!!

I just typed a lot and then it was gone!

We have got internet, but as we are still extremely busy moving, i won't be on here as much as i'd want to, but still... i'm here!

We have our kitchen finished and are now laying the floor:

we have a grey kitchen, in high gloss, and we also got some grey on the walls, actually one of our walls is 2 thirds grey, which was kind of hard, but now looks really unique!

Good morning everyone!
Another day, another nickel lol. Well I'm getting ready for my Halloween party at the end of the month. Too bad all of you didn't live closer. That would be a BIG bash! Last saturday of this month Im having people over. Costumes are optional, but better if they wear one. Some are party poopers and never wear one. I always do. My Christmas decorations are down at my desk for the month. I put up my halloween stuff. Then November 1st it goes right back to Christmas stuff. People I work with are used to it! I can't believe its less then 30 days until my Christmas stuff goes up. Once October comes around the time flies by! I still don't understand people saying its too early for Christmas stuff blah blah blah. Do they not like the jolly season? Do they not like giving? Do they not like Jesus? (Depending on who or what you believe in of course!). Do they not like the music and good feelings? Guess not! haha. Hmmm maybe Ill watch Christmas Vacation on my ipod today! Well have a great day everyone!

Hey all,

Feeling pretty bad today, sore thorat, ear hurting and it's not making me feel very merry right now:-(
The kids are getting excited about Halloween now as we will more than likly have a Halloween party then sleep over the weekend of. There's not much trick or treating here on Halloween so I normly buy candy for the kids make some chili and we sit and watch movies together. They like that and with it being a school night this year, it will be easyer on me.

Been looking around for idea's for the gift exchange here. My daughter came up with a wonderful idea that I think I just may have to run with.......

Soon I can bring out my Christmas stuff and then the real fun will begin for me. The kids are already asking if we can go ahead and being it out Makes me so proud....:!!

P.S. Undrtakr I would be the one in the corner with the bright orange shirt in that reads "This IS my halloween mask" J/K lol but I do own that shirt. and it's never to early for Christmas I think most folks are just hiding their inner Child lol.

Thanks to everyone for their kinds words and prayers. We just got home from the vet a short while ago. Ella does have a tumor, but it's a benign! Praise be to God! The vet aspirated it and he was able to tell. He said there is nothing to worry about with it right now, unless it gets too big, then he will remove it. Thanks everyone again!
