Haven't got to read much this week, but I will catch up tomorrow, hopefully. We are busy, but not so much I couldn't stop by the Pines and see what's was going on!

Good evening, Christmas family


Crikey ! I am stressed to the MAX !! Off and on today my Wish has been having episodes of (sorry!) vomiting. I know it could be anything but of course, my fear is that is something to do with his heart or meds. I stopped several times to comfort him and tell him it was okay (hubby got the really nasty job ) ........I am so anxious right now I could spit nails.......and I haven't even eaten any !

I just hope this is not some acute occult process working on him......

I got three new Christmas CDs for my collection today From Amazon......actually they aren't new at all.......But two are classic:

White Christmas by Bing, The Andy Williams Christmas Album and a third one that is just beautiful - The Ultimate Relaxation Christmas.....!! I think since Wish is sleeping I will load them on my computer and then my MP3 player.......

It is going to be a sleepless night......I am so worried. I will be MUCH BETTER if Wish is okay and then much better after Next Friday. Stupid people predicting the end of the world - Geesh. (Yep, I am still grinding on that) Everything that my Christmas family told me was so wonderful but when you are an obssessive person, it is hard to let go and relax.......Oh well. Since the only way out is through I am going through it gangbusters !!

Good morning MMC!!

Its dull and drizzling here this morning, Its when the weather is like this I really want to have all my christmas lights on and sit all cosy with a big mug of hot chocolate!! But alas I have to wait afew more weeks for my decorations and lights!!!

was speaking to my brother on the phone last night, he is coming over to have xmas dinner at my mums this year with his wife and son, so Im going to put on a buffet xmas day night and everyone is coming up! I cant wait now, I love planning things like this!! Will be nice to spend the evening all together as the dont come over every year as they go to his wifes mums house too! Starting my menus already hehe!!!

Going to catch up on the posts and have a coffee!

Good morning! I slept like a rock last night and feel amazing this morning! I jumped out of bed and was singing without realizing it! Isn't it funny how a good nights sleep can do that? when I was in my 20's I slept through the night all the time but since I hit the nasty nasty 30's things just are not the same anymore!!
I have a Dr's appt at 1015am and and have to fast until then because of a blood test I have to have.of course I am craving a steak biscuit from 'hardees'! I hope eveyone has a great morning and right now the temps are 62F and we have a warm day ahead,but I think it cools down in the next few days back to typical fall weather!

hey everyone! good thursday to you all! had a great time on my 1st visit to the pines yesterday, that carl is really a wacko!lol. canine, i hope your sweet thing is feeling better today & all your worries will stop. i think i'm finally gonna get to finish the last tree @ work today. i've been very anxious to do it but other things keep popping up. i only have a few more strands of lights to add before i can start decorating. woo-hoo. daughter is calling me from the bathroom, she wants my help w/ her hair. 15 & still likes for mama to help straighten her hair. i don't know if she's just lazy or what, but i don't mind, she won't be like this for long. here's hoping everyone has a great thursday. it's almost the weekend....yaaaay!!

Well, as you might imagine, there is always something Christmassy at the 'Pines year round but they go all out with full holiday decor starting Nov 13 (the first day of the Season).
Anyone is free to help out with the decorating and (by way of a drawing) one lucky visitor gets to stand on Carl's back to place the topper on the main lobby tree!

Hihihi that sounds amazing! Hope we can keep the peace in deciding who the lucky person will be!

Well I had one niece for 8 hours and the other for 4 hours. Now I think my head is going to explode. Maybe a nice quiet evening at the pines will help out. I'll see you all there.

No 'Pines for me tonight---I got over my cold, but was in bed all day yesterday with food poisoning. We went out to eat Monday evening for our anniversary, and something at the restaurant must have been not quite right. Couldn't even keep water down yesterday. I'm up to saltines and Gatorade today and am going to try some broth for lunch. So tired and weak.

Here at work, my supervisor and his supervisor just left to visit a jobsite and won't be back. Party time!! Raise the roof!! Can I get a whoop whoop!! Yeah, right. I have a desk full of stuff to do, and no one else is gonna do it for me, so I better get to work.

Today was my first day at my new job! That's right, I actually got that job I had an interview for about three weeks ago! I didn't say much about it afterward as I always feel that I jinx myself. Anyway, I started today with Natural Resources Canada. It was fairly enjoyable. I'm just being brought in, so it was fairly simple. Still, I am excited to be finally making money!

Congrats! hope the job will be great! I know what you mean about being excited to make money, can't wait to be done spending money on studying and starting to make my own money

New baby girl is here! Her name is Ada, and her two year old sister loves her already!

Hi every one! a beautiful day here in the Netherlands! Cold and sunny! Winter will really kick in at the end of oktober here I've heard. For now, this is fine I am currently working to get an essay done, tomorrow and this weekend we'll be working on our house again, I am so glad with how it's turning out

Rainy here....but that's ok....just means we don't need to water our yards this weekend. It's been so dry. Temps are warming back up to mid-80's....sure beats mid-90's!

Thanks o all the well wishes for Sean, he is doing better abit he finally was able to sleep from about 2:30 this morning on. and I got 3 hours so I am happy about that!
Just got the 4 that go to public school off to the bus and now in just a few I will wake the two oldest to begin their day here (they are homeschooled)

We got abit of rain here yesterday(thank the LORD!) and now it's cool this morning. it's suppoused to be 85 here today. I like the cold weather myself LOL.

Halloween is on us and I have make 80+ bags of candy for party's and about 12 dozen Cupcakes with homemade ghosts and bats and spiders on them...I love being a mom!!! hope everyones day goes well!!!!

Good rainy morning everyone! Wild night at the pines! I didn't know Carl liked Elvis! He was singing "hunka hunka burnin love"! heh

So my van's oil light has malfunction and dings when Im driving. Someone please save me. It cant be fixed unless they take out the computer box from the van. Thats too much money. Anyone know how to disable the chiming in a 2000 dodge caravan? Well not much new. William is feeling better! Back to work I go! Have a great day everyone!

A nice seventy degrees as I set off for my morning walk.
Still very damp with a continuing chance of rain through Friday, however.

Our annual State Fair starts this afternoon and runs through a week from Sunday.
Lots of entertaining fun for only the cost of a $6 admission.
And there's always the fried twinkies!
Each year I look to see if they have added fired twinkies but so far, no.
(I guess Carl has the recipie closely guarded.)

Anyway, you have a Thrilling Thursday, Folks.
(It's Weekend Eve tomorrow, you know!)
