Christmas card I've got this year. Thank you all!!! I love them!
I'm on day five with fever. And Im so left behind of things I should have done!

Good morning,

I have a very busy day ahead of me today, I have like 573 things to get done as it is my last day off before my surgery on Friday, and I need to start to get this house ready for Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day, I need to start off by redoing one of the trees that the cats decided they would demolish. and replace lights that have burnt out. I will be busy so it should keep my mind off of what has been bothering me for the last few weeks.

Just getting back from the grocery store it was a madhouse...I had a list of things to get in produce and some kid who worked in the produce dept was on the phone laughing the whole time i was looking for green onions and could not find them so after 10 minutes I walked up to him and asked him to help me and he pointed to where they were and I said no walk over and show me I have been looking over there for 10 minutes...my nerves are shot..and at this point I am just ready for everything to calm down..I feel like such a scrooge this year...my lights inside half of them are not working now. My outside lights I have completly gave up on..so I guess it's only natural my indoor lights will start failing now..I feel like I am going to go to sleep tonight and be visited by 3 ghosts! oh and it's going to be in the upper and 70's to low 80's all this week. I hope everyone is doing good and is having a great week this week!

Good Morning, Christmas Family!!

Only 5 days to go!

Thinking of you all, especially lilnoelelf & her daughter, xmas, all who are sick, and anyone who need prayers. They've been sent!

Today, I need to get caught up on work. Later today, I have a doctor's appointment that I have not been looking forward to. But, in a few hours it will all be over with. There's always a bright side!

I just saw a news report that the winter storm is worse than initially expected. 50 mph winds, white-outs, and some areas getting up to 18 inches of snow. Lots of cars in ditches, and highways closed. I sure hope my parent's stop early, and get a hotel room for the night.

Last night, I watched The Holiday. It was on Lifetime. I love that movie! A favorite!

Well, better get to work..

Thanks, Sugar! They left Wisconsin this morning, so they might hit the winter storm areas by late this afternoon. Hopefully it'll all be slowing by then. If they hit good roads, they could get here by Thursday, but that's rare. I'll keep you posted, they check in with me every evening.

Someone pulled out in front of me this morning and then of course drived very slowly. I used my choice words and got very angry, which I shouldn't have, but was late and I said the same exact thing, " 'Tis the season!"

Lilnoelelf called last night to say that she misses everyone. Her daughter is in the hospital with pneumonia. They are hoping that she is released in time for Christmas.

Good morning, everyone!

Thank you for all your thoughts and prayers as I flew from Ottawa to the Sault on Sunday night. The flight was painless. I really enjoy flying! Now, I am home in Sault Ste. Marie with family.

Yesterday, we celebrated my mom's birthday with pizza and wings. Then, we decorated the Christmas Tree. My mom can't bring herself to do it until I return home for Christmas. It looks beautiful. I will more than likely take a few pictures as soon as I can.

Today, my dad and I are heading across to the U.S. to pick up one of my Christmas gifts. Apparently, it has my name on it, so I have to pick it up with him. It should be a good time! Actually, he is here in less than an hour. I really should be getting ready.

Have a wonderful Tuesday, everyone! It's already the 20th of December. The Christmas Season is in full swing and Christmas Day is nearly right in front of us! Merry Christmas!!!

My Christmas cold has arrived, hopefully it will be gone by Sunday though I'm dosing up on cold and flu stuff

Everything is pretty much done now, presents are all wrapped the decorations are all finally up and there's only 3 more mornings at work.

Tomorrow once work is over, I'm visiting my best friend and her daughter (my goddaughter) to deliver presents and spend abit of time with them, then from there it's off to my godparents with my mum for a few Christmas drinks. We normally do that every year but last year was abit hectic so we didn't get round to it, so we will have to years worth of presents to exchange We do only live about 20mins away from each other but just never seem to have to the time to visit.
