It is a very cold one out today, but there is rain in the forecast tomorrow so I am going to enjoy the snow while it is still around! I am having such a hard time getting motivated to move this morning, but I need to get going as there is so much I have to get done today. Working, of course, and whatever else I can find the time to do - most definitely a walk in the snow!!!

Good Sunday morning, my Christmas friends!

As I type this, I'm laying in my daughter's bed. She took my spot in my bed with Nancy. My son and his cousin are asleep on an air matress in the living room. The only ones in the right beds are Nancy and the dog!

Mom is doing great after her knee surgery on Friday. I went over to her house yesterday and cooked oyster stew for her. We're the only ones in our family that like it, so everyone else had taco soup. It's pretty good to me, too, but not as good as oyster stew!

I'm going to get the coffee maker going. I'll be right back.

Well everyone, I guess I better head to bed for a nap. This San Fran game is crazy. I can't believe how the last 3 minutes have been.

I will talk to you all tomorrow. Good luck to all of you who are rooting for the Patriots or the Broncos. I guess I will root for the underdogs. Go Tebow!

aah how i remember those days, wasn't sure which kid would be in my bed in the morning. lol. wonderful how good your mom is doing & so kind of you to take care of her. i will continue to pray for her full recovery. God bless you all!

super excited this a.m. about the birthday party for my daddy & the other fellows. gonna try to get over there early, just as soon as my rents leave for church so we can get everything done.

I wish I could have stayed up for London Calling but I got to get in bed early on Saturday because Sunday is one of my biggest days of the week! =)

I am that way with all my furchildren. They can do no wrong and are just so darn cute that I tend to baby talk them if they get in any trouble (oops, did I say trouble?! Not them! :wink My dogs and cats are all well behaved but they have their moments that something might get broke or the trash tipped over. No biggie to me, I just clean it up I know they didn't mean to. Hee hee! As you say, "if they weren't so darn cute, sweet and cuddly!"

My Aunt just won the same battle. Positive attitude, taking care of yourself, and the love and prayers of others is what will pull you through.

I finally tested out my Christmas Caroler Cuckoo clock this morning, my wife was skeptical of it when I bought it, but I played it and she fell in love with it when she heard it, the music is so pretty, think We Wish You A Merry Christmas at the end of A Christmas Story. I am happy I bought it now. Just taking it easy before our little get together this afternoon.

Good Morning Everyone!!!!! We are going to start warming back up today with a high of 37 predicted. I'm moving pretty slow today so I don't know what I'll get done. I'll probably just kick back and watch football all day. Our paper had a list of some of the parties that are going to happen here the weekend of the super bowl. The cheapest ticket was $500. They also had a list of some of the restaurant's that still had reservations available. Most of them are requiring a minimum of $100 dollar per person order for lunch and a $300 per person minimum for dinner. That's just crazy. I've ate at most of these restaurants and they aren't worth it. Plus they must be really jacking up the prices if it's going to cost you $300 a person. I think I'll be staying out of downtown Indy for the next 3 weeks. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!

Good morning, MMC! It is so bitter cold outside! The snow stopped something yesterday evening, but it hasn't warmed up at all. I thought it was going to be a lot warmer today but it isn't even twenty degrees out. I think I will stay home and take it easy, and maybe watch some football. I'm hoping that the Giants win against the Packers. I always like to root for the underdog!

If I had the time I'd whip up an essay because I am a pro at writing and I love a good contest!
