I know what you feel about your little one. It is hard when you see them after anesthesia, even when they are older. Take care.

Good afternoon!
We just got back from the hospital
My 8 year old son (one of them) had ear tube surgery this morning...

All went well! =] It's so good to be done with it...
I hate to watch the kids when they got anaesthetic and "sleep in"...
(I cant find the English word for it)

The sun is shining and I have to run some errands! TTYL!

Saturday hello ... no big plans here, except Mr.'s shift with his dad later in the day, and I'm continuing to work on our annual Christmas DVD. We previewed the edited clips last night, and Mr. made some notes for things I need to tweak and fix. We're both still coughing---it sounds like a trained seal act around here with all the "barking." Gotta nip that in the bud. Thunderstorms tonight, followed by fall-like weather, they tell us. I have a box of gingerbread mix in the cupboard just waiting for the day.

Glad to hear from you, Christmas-a-Holic! I know you're busy, but don't overdo!

Binger is the first gender-neutral MOM! Anyway, that's what went through my mind when Binger said "I am a MOM!"

Rainy Saturday = lounging around and watching the Blue Collar Comedy DVDs.

Oh! On Labor Day, I went to Hobby Lobby and they had Christmas items on sale for 40% off so I bought Missy her stocking!

I actually logged in! Thanks to those who have checked in on me. I am fine but have been super busy.

Made sent me an email to let me know that some of you on here have been ill. I pray that all of you get well!!!

It has been over 100 degrees all week but woke up to cool weather this morning and it will stay in the 80's today. Yay!!!

I gotta run and hopefully can check in more often!

Very busy day at work, and we have been in a tornado watch most of the day. Severe thunderstorm and tornado watch until 9pm. We use to get maybe one tornado watch once every or every other year. This is the 4th one this year. :x Got too go cook on the grill before the severe weather gets here.

Tomorrow I am walking 32 km in the Weekend to End Women's Cancers I am doing the one day walk ... Although many people do the 2 day event... I raised 1,300 dollars

Here is my shirt with all the generous people who donated I put my moms name on it because she is with me in spirit ...

I may come with many blisters... But I feel good about doing it ....pretty sure I didn't train enough ... Ack

Hi everyone. Thank you for your prayers for my uncle's dog. The poor little guy isn't doing very well. The vets believe if they try to operate today that he will bleed out. They have to try a few things to see if they can get his levels to improve before they attempt surgery. On the bright side, he is doing great on the outside! He is bright, happy, and very playful. I hope that with the medication that he can be well enough for the surgery and that it is a success.

I'll keep you all updated!

I will keep praying for the little guy!
