Merry Christmas Eve, Christmas family!

I just wanted to say thank you to all of you for being such wonderful friends year-round. Most people do not have the same Christmas spirit that I do and they do not understand my excitement throughout the whole year, but you all do. It has been especially fun talking to you all this past November and December as the Christmas season quickly approached. I have made some great friends and I am so happy to be a part of this forum. I look forward to seeing what you are all up to each day, how work is going, how your families are doing, how your furbabies are, etc. Since the past year, I feel like I got to know you all very well. And I am glad that we all stay in touch throughout the whole year instead of just piling on in December as Christmas nears. So thanks for making my Christmas even more exciting for me. It's really fun to see what movie everyone is watching, how your shopping is progressing, and what your traditions/plans are for Christmas.

Again, Merry Christmas!!!!!

We feel blessed that Seawaters is doing a lot better and making it on the Countdown this glorious Christmas Season!

Merry Christmas Eve!

How have we made it so far so soon? The Christmas Season will culminate quite soon with magical moments around our beautiful Christmas Trees.

My apologies for disappearing for a few days. I flew out of Ottawa on Thursday evening. Just in time, as the giant snowstorm hit on Friday morning. And it hit quite hard! The only true downfall was the fact that the storm delayed my flight from Toronto to Sault Ste. Marie until Friday afternoon. Needless to say, I have been enjoying my time back home for Christmas. I wish I had more time, however.

My dad, brother and I attended the Green Bay Packers game yesterday. They crushed the Titans 55-7. It wasn't pretty to watch, I am sure, but it was exciting to be there. All 70,000+ at Lambeau Field stayed until nearly the very end of the game. It was a great celebration for Packers fans. Following the game, we drove and returned home at about 10:30 last night. It has been non-stop since I returned home. Funny that my first time of rest would be Christmas Eve. Even so, I am very thankful for it.

I hope that everyone here is enjoying their Christmas Eve. May you enjoy your traditions and celebrations. Christmas Day will soon be here.

I love "visiting" here every day, but never more so than on Christmas Eve. Love and hugs to you all! I will be checking in again when I can. We had a nice Subway lunch and are hanging out at home waiting for the mail. Then a walk around the neighborhood to see the lights and decorations again, and then movies (of course). The trees will be lit all night to help light Santa on his way.

Extra respects & Merry Christmas from me to Norman! I wish I had known him!

Thank you---we paid him a visit and toasted him with Coca-Cola, as usual, and he'll be with us in spirit as we run our traditional movie show for ourselves tonight.

When I clicked, I noticed the new thread about the Founder's award and saw that the winner is Merry Carey! Big CONGRATULATIONS, MC!!!

Thank you! It was one of the biggest surprises of my life when I found out.

Good Christmas Eve afternoon, MMC!

I am almost done working for today ~ yay! Lots to do this evening and I have to get it all done so that I can read A Christmas Carol, it is a must for my Christmas Eve!!! I am so tired, though, so I guess I had better start drinking more coffee. Not sure coffee will help me ~ it didn't work for Lovemas and I had eight large cups (and I slept better that night than I have in a long time ~ go figure!). I had best get back to my job ~ hopefully I will have time (and a computer to borrow!) to get on here later this evening. In case I don't, MERRY CHRISTMAS to all my dear friends on here!!!!!!

Wayne and I have been busy preparing for Christmas Eve with It's a Wonderful Life playing in the background. We are expecting at least 15 people over tonight, maybe more! Lots of food, games, music and family! I cannot wait. Someone knocking on the door now!!!
