The oncology nurse took me through the procedures to let me know what to expect, how to prepare, what to do for any of the side effects, do and don't info, and how we might schedule stuff. It is routine with my doctor and his staff.

(((Seawaters))) keeping you close in my heart and prayers. What is chemo "training" ? I have never heard of that and I typed oncology for four years.....



(((MerryM))) That sounds like a HORRIBLE experience. I would be ticked too.....

What a day. In fact, what a week. I am a little ashamed to share this but I have tested two further times and failed. I don't know what the problem is. The tests have gotten trickier since I tested for my present position. Some of the questions really have little to do with transcription. I am thankful I have my job but not feeling very good about myself at all.......

Hermione has now learned to "sit" and "lay down" when I tell her (with food prompting of course). She really tries very hard to understand and please her mommy.

I have a doctor appointment in the morning for a shot for my allergies which are going NUTS right about now. I think I am going to call it a night. Maybe tomorrow I will find another test to fail.....:-o

HEY YA'LL! Went to the doc this morning, gotta sinus infection, 2 ear infections, & bronchitis starting. this totally bites, i'm on vacation this week too. i figure after taking the antibiotics for 24 hours i'll feel well enough to go outside, atleast i hope so.
oh yeah, i meant to tell ya'll, i ordered 1 of those vapor cigarettes on Monday. i went to a tobacco store @ the beach & asked the man there about it. he didn't try to sale me 1 of his, he just told me the best 1 is sold online only & gave me the info for it. thought that was pretty cool. a lady @ the beauty shop i go to turned me onto it & it worked for her so i've got confidence it will work for me too! the doc did tell me i probably wouldn't get these infections so much if i didn't smoke.

hey gang! sitting at the pines...drinkin coffee....watching some baseball results...

been a long two days

yesterday, my college teams coach got fired for being an idiot. I'm sure most of you have heard. He had it coming.

now, i've got a couple of different offers from other schools...wife wants me to go listen because they are bigger and better paying....i'm just not interested...money doesn't always equal job satisfaction or happiness....i'm happy and love where i am, so i just don't think even listening would be right. I don't want to waste anyone's time, but my wife and parents say you always go entertain the offer...i just don't agree...

ENOUGH ABOUT THAT....

Happy Anniversary Friend!!!!! I've enjoyed our friendship more than you'll ever know. Gathering here with you and Binger to watch Darlene Love has quickly become one of the things I look forward to all year. It's just the perfect way to kick off the holiday. It's also helped having some one to suffer with when it comes to Nascar and Junior. So here's to you and many more years of fun!!!!!

Don't forget that it's a Saturday night race at Texas this weekend. The weather doesn't look to promising right now though.

The snow is almost gone =]
I have my 8 year old (one of them) home today also.
He have been home all this week.
Fever and probably an ear infection...

Soon it's Friday
My youngest daughter is having a Birthday Party here tomorrow
(she turns 13 years old on Sunday)
so I have some baking and organizing to do today.
It will be fun! =]

thats a lot to deal with all at once. the vigor cigarettes i had a few on them in the shop for sale. these were expensive ones that came in.but they were half price with me they come with cartridges refills . these were the ones that lit up and had smoke come out of your mouth. i was talking to someone that bought one and she said that its helped her. and another person who bought one said he did not like the taste it left in your mouth but hopefully you feel a bit better when the antibiotics start to kick in

thanks shelliegirl for your well wishes! talking about the vapor cigs; the lady that told me about them did say i would need to find the "juice" i liked. she even gave me the online site that sales cig brands "juice" so i intend on getting it from there. the place i got the cig from comes w/ cartridges (juice) but i don't think i'll like it either.

i'm actually feeling a little better this morning. my sinus' aren't quite as stuffy atleast. i can't take it, being inside, so i'm gonna put a mask on & finish cutting the grass this morning.

it's quite cool here this morning w/ a high expected around 64 today. sunday & monday it will be back in the 80's. hubby has decided to wait to open the pool, he said maybe the end of April or 1st of May.

hope ya'll have a positively wonderful day, no matter what it brings just smile through it!
