good morning ya'll!

well today is my 1st day using my vapor cig. it came yesterday. no problem @ all, still get the nicotine, still blowing "smoke" but it's really water vapor. woo hooooo!

i did go out yesterday & cut grass. i paid for it the rest of the day too. hubby said i couldn't go outside today. i'm not gonna argue either, i was terrible. i wore my mask but...

this has been the worst vacation time we've ever taken from work.

Coach- Junior is racing in the nationwide race tonight and the forecast for tomorrow night has improved to only a 20% chance of rain.

Good Friday (the 13th!) morning, my Christmas friends!

Whew. My brother and his long-time girlfriend are going through some relationship drama right now. She is, if I may be a bit...indelicate, crazy. As a bat. I'm surprised that he's stayed with her for so long. Anyway, she's calling mom, complaining that Jim isn't treating her right. Did my mom raise her son to be so sorry? Can my mom believe that her son only works two jobs trying to support his girlfriend, while his girlfriend hasn't worked a job in 10 years?

Ugh. He should have kicked her to the curb a LONG time ago. She's been a source of irritation for the whole family for years. And, honestly, she's been a financial burden for all of us, too.

Well I stopped by Hobby Lobby while I was out and didn't see any sign of chrsitmas decorations coming out yet.:-( I know I'm a couple of month's early but I thought I would give it a shot since I was right next door. I did notice they were hiring. Maybe I should apply so I can get an employee discount when I buy all of those ornaments this fall.

My sister was engaged to one of those. That's how she ended up in Seattle. Luckily she got out of it before it was to late and found her current husband.

Boooooo! The office closed at 1 p.m., but I'm still here waiting for some PDF proofs that were supposed to be here before 2 p.m. ... it's now 2:37 ... :x I'm working from home tomorrow and Sunday ... Tuesday and Wednesday I have to proofread 78 new property descriptions AND cross-check the data with the client's website, then re-read them all in layout Thursday by 4 p.m.

On the bright side---at least my job is secure.

Good afternoon, MMC! How is everyone? I am well, just tired. I am running on about 1 1/2 hours of sleep, but it will be okay! I am getting to spend the weekend with my kids, so that's all that matters!

DH just left for work here a little bit ago, so we're just hanging out. I think I am just going to order a pizza tonight. I really don't feel much like cooking, plus the Pens play tonight, so after get the kids to bed, I want to finish watching the rest of that.

Anything new with anyone? Nothing is new here. Just so glad it's the weekend. Does anyone have anything planned? I think the only thing I have planned is to take the kids out to church tomorrow evening and then we will spend a little bit of time with my parents.

I am very, very tired. I have been overloaded with work for my classes because college is winding down to the end now. I have next week, the week after, and then it is finals week for me after that. I am doing very well in my classes, knock on wood. I just received two important tests back and I got a 95% on one and a 93% on the other. At least I know my hard work is paying off!

My suggestion-

I am a big coffee drinker, especially to get through work at night. I have a Keurig. I can't believe I haven't made any today yet. DH has to leave right from work in the morning and go teach. He won't even be stopping home, so needless to say, if DS gets up during the night, which he still does a good bit, since he's only 9 months, I will get up with him, then get up between 5 and 7. It shall be interseting! Thanks for the suggestion!
