GOOD MORNING MMC FRIENDS

Weekend again. soon be your 4th of july do you guys get that day of ?
Hope all is good with each of you this morning and of course all furbabies as well.
Have a few hours work to do this morning, i just cant never seem to get on top of it this past while.
Going out tonight with 8 other girls for a meal and then we are going with the flow as they say over here. not really that bothered about going, but what i wood have to listen to .its easier to go lol
Weather today is mild but as usual it gives rain. it never seems to stop raining here.
The kids got there holidays from school yesterday and thats them now for 8 weeks . and then next week is the hoildays for workers most firms get 2 weeks of, so a lot wood go on hoilidays round that time. so my suitcases are going really well lol. i will get 2 days of in july the 12th and the 13th as these are public hoildays. The 12th is a big day over here for the protestants lot of parades and things but as usual in this place .the catholic side dont want it. so tensions sometimes be high. me i could not care less. live and let live is what i say !!!! its always about . ireland/uk. the union jack/tricolour and protestant/catholic. any excuse on either side to get something started.
Anyway i need more tea i think or maybe more sleep. mmm gonna have to be the tea. so will take to you all soon and each of you take care

Hi Y'all!
Well it's HOT HOT HOT here where we are, and trying our best to get life on track again.The kids are looking forward to the 4th of July and I think my "smile" is a permanant fix on my face. I'm still blah but I wanted to be here with my "Christmas" family. like the old song says "Sometimes I wanna go where everybody knows your name and their always glad ya came." that about sums it up. Hope everyone is having a wonderful weekend and I will check back in later today- Hugs and take care y'all

We had a good day today. Charlotte got moved to a new room in the NICU. It's in the portion of the NICU for babies that are no longer needing as much interventions and assistance - they use the term "feeder and grower." Its not only a big step, but also the new room is bigger and has a window! I've spent the last 6 weeks in a really high tech cave, but a cave none the less. I'm glad to see what day light looks like once again! Charlotte hasn't gained any weight in the last 5 days and that is a problem b/c she was already growth restricted when she was born and small for her gestational age. Pray for her that she'll start gaining weight so we can start doing bottle feedings and bring her home!

We got some major great news yesterday too! The first bill from this whole time in the hospital has finally come in. The first bill alone was for $70,000 and our portion that we owe? Absolutely nothing! My hubby works so hard at UPS and really his work hours have been always made it hard for us to have time together, but right now I am so blessed by his job and the insurance they provide.

Anyways, tomorrow I'll be taking my older DD swimming to help cool her off from the heat. We'll be at my parent's house to swim and they have a Hobby Lobby nearby. I'm hoping to get some quiet time away and go check out to see if our's has put any Christmas stuff out. It just makes my heart so happy Maybe I'll even splurge and get a peppermint white chocolate frappacino from Starbucks - I prefer the hot drink, but I think with the heat, the icy cold one will have to do! After that, DD and I will settle in at home and enjoy some down time. I can't think of anything better!

I'm so glad Charlotte got moved to a better room - I will keep praying for her! Excellent that you have such good insurance, too. Take care and enjoy your day!

And just think -- two weeks from today we will be at the 2/3 Milestone to Christmas Season 2012!
Woah!

And woah, what a day we had here yesterday!
The high reached 105 degrees and the humidity was well up there as well.
Three more days of the same (at least) are forecast.
(Hmmmm..... I wonder what Alaska is like this time of the year?)

Thanks Louann. My niece had a bad time at her infusion yesterday because they had a hard time getting the IV in. The good news is that her pain is down to a 5 and the orencia seems to be really helping her.

My mom is good. She's been out at my sister's house pretty much every minute that I haven't been there. So that's kept us both out of jail. She still hasn't had any luck finding a new job but she also hasn't looked real hard lately.

I hope you have a Great Time with your sister!!!!!!!!!

Good Morning Everyone!!!!!!!!!!! It's going to be another 100 degree day here in central Indy. Ugh. The only good thing is the heat is causing some pop up showers and there is a chance that we will get some more rain. I don't have much on the agenda for today. My aunt took my niece's so no babysitting. I'll probably just spend most of the day cleaning my apartment and working on a project for later in the year. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good afternoon, MMC!

My mom and I are getting ready now and then we are going to head out and have a girl's day. We have plans to go grab a late lunch somewhere, probably Steak n Shake. Then we'll go to the mall and do a little bit of shopping/browsing since we don't really need anything in particular. I love shoes, though, so if I find a pair or two I won't be able to help myself! Then we'll come home and hang out for a little bit before we pick up the movie we rented tonight. I am looking forward to a little bit of retail therapy and relaxing later on.

Work done for another week. Thank the Good Lord. There is a company I once worked for and had to quit working there because I was also working at another place so I had two jobs. I always regretted leaving this place because they are an EXCELLENT company and the owner is such a nice lady.....also an animal lover ! I have kept in contact with her and she told me that though she does not have any opening right now that she may in the future. I asked if it would be okay if I call every now and again to check and she said that is fine. I am hopeful but I know it will not be immediate. So Cross your fingers that they need someone !!

Praying that they have an opening, soon!!

Wish is doing well tonight. I am cautiously optimistic about him because he was doing well last Friday too and then he went into CHF. He is tolerating his meds well. He takes 4 different medications for his heart. One is an anti-arrrhythmic, three are diuretics. I am just glad they are working or seem to be !

You & Wish are in my thought & prayers everyday!!

How is Hermione doing? Hope she is recovering nicely! xo

I hope everyone has wonderful vacations !! We havent been on vacation since 1996. Mostly because we just can't afford to go anywhere but also because we hated leaving our furkids. I would NEVER leave on vacation at this point with Wish in the health he is in.....He is just so much more important.

My sister is coming tomorrow !!! When she comes it is like being visited by Christmas itself ! xo Week after next is the ornament premiere and we are planning on going to that too !

Good morning, friends~

Hope today finds you well!

Adrian & I are just hanging out inside here, in the AC! We are preparing for a feast tonight- steaks on the grill, three cheese mashed potatoes, and corn on the cob. We are cutting up some fruits & veggies right now, and mushrooms for the cream sauce to go w/ our steaks. It's one of our favorite recipes!

Next week is going to be interesting. I have jury duty on Monday- again!! Ahhh!!!! Really annoying since I just had it @ 3 months ago. I called to be excused since I was told in March that I was good for two years, but they told me that it doesn't matter since it was a different courthouse...what the heck?! Doesn't make any sense to me, we have a population of over 1.5 million, and you have to call me twice in 3 months?! I just have to laugh, or else I may scream, lol. The thing I hate is going downtown by myself, and having to walk from their parking garage so early in the morning. Not a safe area, and you can't carry any protection since they'll take it away from you @ security. You'd think they'd have a shuttle or something for saftey reasons. Oh well, what are you gonna do?...
Then, with the 4th falling on a Wednesday, we have it off, but go back Thursday. Is that the same for most of you?

Not much going on today, going to do some laundry & housework.

And when I'm finished, going to throw in a dvd of Agatha Christie's Poirot- Hallowe'en Party! I never got to watch the whole thing when it was on tv last year, gotta love Netflix! And besides that, I really need a dose of FALL!

In other news: my parents were here for an overnight visit and I got a lot of stuff done. Today I just plan on doing laundry and that's it! (I already got my grocery shopping done with my parents' help ;-))

I plan on going to the mall tomorrow to go to Barnes & Noble, the movies (to see Pixar's Brave), maybe buy some new clothes and get a pedicure. :hello:

Saturday hello! Hot and sunny today. Been up to the North Shore for an appointment. Now I have to straighten up the house for a guest we're having in tomorrow. I'd rather take a nap in the air-conditioned bedroom, but things have to be done!

I think the deal is the different jurisdictions. The district courts and the federal courts can call you separately. E.g., if you served for the district court 3 months ago, they can't call you for the next 2 years---but the federal court can. Democracy in action!
