I am soooo excited when QVC starts doing Christmas shows... because it means we get at LEAST 1 day a month from here on out of all Christmas on QVC! Why can't we have a year-round home shopping Christmas channel? I'd be giddy...

Imagine the clearance sales in January!

My roasts and steaks really pretty much have to be one step off having a pulse!!!!!!

I use to work with a guy when we went to a restaurant he would say to the waiter ordering a steak..."Lop off the horns, wipe it's --- and send it in." I think I spit my drink out the first time I heard that.

I like my steaks and roasts medium rare, nothing better than that in my opinion.

Lousy evening. Went to the banquet, no seats left. More to the story later, I may have gotten a scoop story for the podcast. That's why we were too late to get seats. We're having a piazza in our room.
