********** MILESTONE DAY **********

Good Morning, My Over-The-Top Comrades.

Indeed.
We have climbed to the top of the weekly ladder and are now descending the slide down to the weekend.

But beware the Ides of March!
(At least if you name is Julius)

Yes, it is indeed the 15th of March already - and already we have reached Milestone #3 on our handy-dandy chart:
Days to the Season: 243
Days to Christmas Day: 285
The 1/3 Milestone to the Season: It---Is---Here!
(Heavens to Betsy and Land 'O Goshen!)

It is so warm here!
<< How warm is it, Crown >>
It's so warm, Binger doesn't even need a percolator to brew their coffee.
<< That's warm, Crown! >>

Yes Sir, I think we have skipped right over spring and have headed straight away into summer.
The thermometer topped out at 84 yesterday and 85 is predicted for today with lots of warm weather on tap for the forseeable tuture.
(And I'm enjoying every minute of it!)

Have a Thrilling Thursday, Folks.

(Hey! Who won the door prize at the 'Pines yesterday? Was it in fact a leprechaun Christmas ornament or were the rumors wrong?)

Hi all! Just wanted to stop in real quick this morning and say hello! Have a good day!

Good Morning MMC!

Woke to the crash of thunder this morning and to discover that sometime during the night the power went out. Thunder did not last long, just long enough to wake us all!

I'm planning a new trip to USA in November
(closer to Christmas!!!) But I don't know where.
Any suggestions? Where would you like to go?

We have been thinking about NY, Washington, Seattle, San Francisco,
Florida and Texas (+visiting a aunt in Houston)...

NY it's tempting, but it is so big and crowded (I guess)
Have you seen one big city you have seen them all (I think)

The goal for the trip is just to enjoy ourselves.
+ Do a lot of Christmas shopping! =]

I thought I saw Seawaters with a set of spicy-pine-scented shamrock candles, but it was pretty hard to keep track of what-all was going on last night!

Since we're all having a super mild end of winter/beginning of spring, maybe this means we'll have an extra cold winter next year with snow for Christmas. I wish!

Good morning everyone! Just one more day to go until the weekend! Just typing that puts a smile on my face. Brandi on the other hand has really enjoyed her week on spring break. She loves teaching but she really misses the baby. She has about 8 weeks when school returns on monday then she gets a week break until summer school starts, then she will work 4 weeks, then she will have 3 weeks off before she has to go back and the last week of July is when we will go on vacation to Oregon to visit with my mom to see how she is doing....I hope my siblings can get off then too. But one thing is for certain....we will for sure 100% meet this Christmas at my house in Georgia since we missed out this year!! AHHH can't wait!!!! Well I have to get back to work!!! have a great day all talk to yall later on!!!

Georgia!!!:point:

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

It was another wonderful LONG afternoon yesterday, hanging out on the deck with my kids. I've still been cleaning the pool, getting ready for hot weather. It was in the 80's yesterday, but the water is still cold. Elizabeth dropped a decorative metal flower in the pool, and I almost had to go in the water to get it out. I was wet on most of my shirt, but with the help of a pair of grill tongs, I fished it out.

I gotta cut some grass and do some other things today and tomorrow. I have to work at the store all day Saturday.

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

I would suggest New York. CAH and I always talk about how we would like to go there close to the Christmas season. Of course it depends when in November you are going. I'm not sure when they start decorating.

Of course you could stop by Dallas and visit CAH and me,

I hope you're right. We basically had no winter here. I noticed a fire ant mound in our church yard Sunday. First time I've seen them in the NC mountains. I experienced them while living in Texas. I told the folks at church the first time they step on a fire ant mound, they will be praying for a normal cold winter with lots of snow.

Happy MILESTONE day!!!!!

I think the conversation of, visual migraines, jinxed me! I had a bad one yesterday. This one did end up hurting because usually when I have one I just try to lay down and relax until it passes but instead I just had too much to do and kept trying to do stuff around the house. I ended up with a headache and nausea afterward. It knocked me down for the day but I guess it didn't help that I have already been feeling exhausted this past week. I will be okay! I will think of Christmas and be just fine! :wiggy:

I tried to come on here yesterday but it just hurt to look at a computer screen. I haven't had a chance to read any of the countdown today. I will try to catch up later.

I hope you all have a blessed day! =)

((((CAH)))) I hope you are feeling better. xo

Good morning, Dear Christmas family

It is a gorgeous day here, very warm and sunny. We had a few thunderstorms this morning but they were not bad. They were really early at 6 a.m. so my furkids and I were in bed and just snuggled in together and rested.

I had requested to take tomorrow off to have a three day weekend and was not sure I was going to be approved for it. I just found out an hour ago that I did get approved and will be off Friday, Saturday and Sunday !! Believe, me it is a much needed rest.

My car which was in the shop is now back. They ran all kinds of tests on it and checked everything and could find NOTHING wrong with it. Plus, right after it was taken it, they tried to start it and it was fine. Go figure. I am not sure what is or was up with it. I just hope it is not some kind of intermittent problem that comes and goes randomly.

When I went to get the mail this morning there was a mysterious package from the MMC Mystery Greeter for Rudolph Day !!!!!! I very excitedly opened it like a 5 year old (which I still am inside) and there were three of the MOST WONDERFUL Polar Bear ornaments I have EVER SEEN !!!!! I don't know who you are, but dear Mystery Greeter, THANK YOU SO MUCH !!!!!! You really made my day with those wonderful, adorable ornaments. You can't imagine how I grinned when I saw them. I just felt warm and fuzzy all over, sort of like the bears !! xo Now I can't wait to put them on my tree !!!!

((((((HUGS)))))) to you !! xo

((((Christmasstar)))) I hope you are feeling better soon !!!!

I did not notice when I was reading the posts anything by Made. Has anyone heard from him ?? I hope everything is okay. It just would not be the same on here without Made !! xo

I hope and pray all are doing well. I spoke to Wes today ! He does sound a little tired but other than that is fine. The doctors told him he had absolutely NO DAMAGE to his heart AT ALL - Not even 1% !!!!!!! Praise God.

I have been trying a variation in my diet. It will be three years if I make it this December since I have been at goal weight. I was starting to go back to overeating on a regular basis again and not being able to "stick" to the plan at all. Then I decided I would really watch carefully during the week and on Saturday and Sunday allow myself to have my favorites. So far, so good. We will see if it is going to work. I just can't diet all the time anymore.

Take care, Christmas family (((Hugs))) to all especially Ella, Snickers, Harlowe, Gomez, Chico, Daisy, Pocket, Scooby, Sasha, Snowball, Palmer, Mouse, and all our furkids everywhere xoxo

Hermione now weighs 30.2 pounds !!!! I think she is going to be gargantuan !!! xo

Good Morning!!!!

CM3, enjoy your three day weekend! Hope all goes well w/ Hermione @ the vet. Wonderful update @ Wes! Very happy for him & your family. xo

Crown, thanks for the fabulous milestone news!! 1/3 of the way to the season...WOOHOO!!

Hope everyone has a happy day!!!!!!!!!!!

How to know you really are sick...

I hope you feel better soon, too!

This is so encouraging! I joined Weight Watchers online a few weeks ago, and so far have lost 7 pounds. But I have quite a way to go yet. It's good to see folks lose weight and keep it off, which is what I'm afraid I'll have trouble with. You've kept it off for 3 years so far! Well, you never know if you can do something until you try!
