Good afternoon, Christmas friends. Woke up to frost this morning. It is breezy and kind of cool, even as we speak. I am listening to Irish music, Shellie: Irish Music and Craic-Barnbrack and The Very Best of Tony Kenny's Ireland. Hubby and I are taking my former aide to dinner at the Elks Lodge tonight--corned beef and cabbage. We are going to Mass first. Right now, I am so tired. Hubby is helping me do laundry, and he is also packing up boxes from our kitchen/den area. He is really anxious to get started on the remodeling. I am going to take a nap so I can "party" tonight. I love wine, but I gave it up for Lent; so it will be a party night with diet Pepsi!!! Have a great day, everyone. Oh, CAH, I was thinking the same thing about breakfast with Brad! I guess we just have to get up earlier!!!
We were the same frost was on the roofs and cold this morning about twenty to seven
But it turned out to be a lovely day. i was able to wear a short sleeved dress. great your hubby helps you with the everyday household things
Hope you got a nap and have a goodtime. over there if your off something for lent, paddys day does not count .
And yes i have heard of barnbrack but cant say that much about them.
