Wayne went onto church without me so I can rest up. I go to work today and right before Easter is the busiest time of year. Easter to us is like Black Friday at the mall.

Had a good night. Went and had some BBQ at my BIL. He sure knows how to cook it right.

Just sitting here waiting on 10:00. That's when I'm going to get up start showering, etc. for our trip. I'm kinda excited to go, but I'm kinda mad. I wish I could just sit here and hang out with the wife. But I'm thankful I have a job that I love and like people I work with.

So...I'm going to be in and out the next couple of days. If I don't get on each day or at all, I will see you bright and early Wednesday morning!

anyone who may still be up please pray for my daughter she's at work right now at the college in london ontario, and there is rioting going on. Apparently a saint patrick's day party got out of hand she is only 1 block away from where all this is going on. They have an entire city block cordoned off with swat teams in and she is quite nervous. thank you I will give you update when I know them

OOooh, what stores?? Our Hallmark store is under new management and the clearance aisle is GONE... grr! No more $1 ornaments for me, I suppose!

My closest Hallmark went out of business after the New Year, I don't know how I will get to play with the ornaments anymore.

I fell asleep last night quite early, I am still very sleepy though. We are getting ready for LC's birthday party, his real birthday is Tuesday, but the bash is today, going to one of those indoor jungle gym type places, so it should be fun.

Glad to hear your daughter is safe Star.

heard from hubby this morning, kind'a. he sent me an email of his arrival & said he was very tired after such a long flight. his cell isn't working there & the hotel doesn't have phones. i've never heard of such. his laptop needs an adapter to be charged so i don't know when i may hear from him again & I DO NOT LIKE THAT!!
got to see & spend some time w/ my godchildren last evening. their mom needed to do some shopping for my godson as he grows like a weed. my little goddaughter only gets taller, she's such a tiny petite thing. of course, when their mom came back she had bought for both. she found their Easter outfits & the outfits gorgeous. frills & lace for Averi & "little man" clothes for Antonio. it's quite a sweet story of them & my daughter. when my kids were little their mom, Ashley, babysat for us alot & her mom is my best friend. well my kids especially daughter, being the youngest, began calling her Nana & to this day they still call her nana. now my daughter & i babysit the kids for Ashley & they call my daughter Nana. Ashley's mom & i have drifted apart somewhat due to her & her husband divorcing, & my brother & her x are best friends too. nothing dramatic, just felt kind'a awkward. she's moved on somewhat & he has too. when i do get to talk to her she hugs me & tells me she loves me & i do her too. she's the best friend i ever had, i just don't like talking about her x & she does it alot. anyhoo, Averi & Antonio call me & hubby auntie & unc. they are so sweet & i love them soooo.
think i'm gonna watch a little tv, try to find some gardening stuff on. talk to ya'll in a bit. as a matter of fact, you guys will probably get sick of seeing me over the next week as i'll be on here much more.:yahoo:

It has started out cloudy this morning in northern California. I will soon put dinner in the crockpot and head to church. We went to Mass last night, but today is the Knights of Colombus brunch right after today's Mass. It is always a good meal. I plan to do some reading. I started The Shunning last night and can hardly put it down, so I know that I have to get back into that book. Christmasstar, glad to hear your daughter is okay. That is so scary. I have been in a situation similar to that when I was in college, except the riots were all over and not just confined to one area. They let us out for Easter break early so we could all get home. Every town we went through had the National Guard out. Plus, we were in a convertible. Scary, indeed!!!

I am exhausted. I had two doctors appointments today. The oncologist said that only one of the lymph nodes had cancer. The reconstruction doctor took out the staples but kept in the stitches until Monday. What a difference that made!!! I felt so much better. It is time for some TV with Hubby. TTYL. Have a great rest-of-the-evening!

Took to the computer last night and tryed to put my shop on facebook but whatever is wrong with this computer it wood not let bring me up the word i had to type in to finish it (its as old as the hills)..i have a laptop but it needs a new charger !!
So i done it my iphone and yes it worked but.it was on the new timeline which looks hard... i cant down load apps to see friends so i just cancelled the whole thing...will try and get a charger today somewhere and do it on the laptop
Anyway hows is all you guys today..and all furbabies to(cant forgot them)
How all is going good today for each of you . i will keep in touch today and you all take care..

I plan to try and stay awake long enough to watch the Amazing Race tonight. Before then we are going to have BBQ chicken and Caesars salad for supper.
