omg, if i opened our windows we would have a thick layer of yellow/green on everything. no kidding the pollen is so bad here now. enjoy it! sure wish i could!
went to see my rents this afternoon, just me & daughter. they are leaving tomorrow to go to the beach where my sis lives. my sister is having her back surgery on tuesday. wish i could be w/ her too but i've gotta work & get my daughter back & forth to school. my sis is very anxious about it, she just wants it over. the doc has told her that the pain will be very rough after, while she heals. she has arthritis in her lower back & it's pinching nerves that go to her left leg & they have to repair 2 of her disc & depending on how bad it is when they get in there, they may have to use screws &/or rods. she has alot of pain in her leg, so much that she stays in bed alot now. she's one tough cookie so i know she will be better than ever after she heals.
if ya'll would just lift her up in your prayers i would really appreciate it!
not sure what we are gonna have for supper...hmm....think i'll go look & see what i can whip up!

Ahh this weekend can't be over!! just can't be!! O well I best tuck my tail between my legs and go to bed and pray I have a good and bearable Monday. The mondays getting closer to the end of the month are pretty hectic....This weekend was good but it just went by too fast! I hope everyone has had a good weekend and has a great night ahead! talk to y'all later!!!

I will say a prayer for your sister and her Dr who is doing the surgery!!! My brother had back surgery on his lower back and they put rods and screws in his...for the first week he had bad pain but he said the trick was getting up and moving even if it hurts...he has had 2 and in the first surgery he did not get up that often so that was his opinion. HE always said if you can stand the pain before surgery the pain afterwards will be nothing...I will be ssending prayers your way I just wanted to let you know my brothers situation...and by the way he has recovered all the way except for a little pain in the mornings when he gets moving.....please keep us updated!!!
Sitting outside on my deck, getting caught up on the countdown, and listening to the birds chirp. I got all the work around the house I wanted to get done.
Now I'm just waiting for the kids to come home for their grandparents and DH to get home from work! I love spring and summer!
That sounds like such a nice day! I love sitting on the deck when it is warm out. It's a nice feeling to sit around and know that you got everything done that you wanted to!
I hope you enjoyed your brunch! Thunderstorms are never good, I actually hate them. I'm not a fan of the lightning and thunder and I definitely hate when we lose power. I hope the storm is all gone today and that you don't get anymore!

Good evening, everyone! How was everyone's day? I hope you all had a great weekend! (Anyone drink green beer?)
I had a good day today, minus the Penguins losing. They lost with a second or so remaining in overtime so it was a heart-breaker. Honestly, it ruined my mood for a while. We did cook out though and it was delicious. I had a cheeseburger and lots of side dishes.
My Sunday night shows are about to come on in a minute, so I'm off to watch them. I'm addicted to the show Once Upon a Time! We received a coffee machine as a gift and I am already so addicted to it that I can't stop making myself drinks. I had a hot chocolate this morning and I'm on my second glass of the apple cider. These K-cups are delicious!
I am loving this weather but it is killing my allergies. I am so stuffed up and my eyes are watering like crazy. I will take the warmth, however, and deal with all of the allergy problems!

Good evening, Christmas family
Today is the last day of my three days off. What a stressful week last week. I did call on Friday and talked to my supervisor and she was really nice. She told me overall things are fine and that I am NOT in trouble. She said the radiologists call them all the time and complain about stuff. That made me feel better, even though the error I made WAS really stupid.
Hermione did fine at her vet visit. She got the next set of shots and she just has her rabies in two weeks. Then hopefully it is off to puppy school !! We got one of those steabelt restrainer type things to keep her in the back seat and keep her safe so my husband can take her to the doctor by himself.
I bought a new laptop !! It seems pretty nice but then I guess they all do when they are brand new. It is an HP DV7. I don't know. I researched all kinds of laptops and I just can't afford one that is $1300 or something awy high like that. This one seemed to have decent reviews, I hope !!
The one thing I HATE is when I get a new computer my e-mail is all messed up and not configured !! And Of course I can't remember how to configure it myself !! Hopefully I can get some tech support from my internet provider !!

Well it has been a long day and I haven't had a chance to get caught up on here. I would do it now but I have to get up at 3am to take my sister to the airport. So I'll try to get caught up tomorrow. I hope everyone had a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!

Good morning Christmas friends!
I'm back from Amsterdam.
Feel a bit "hungover" today, but not by drinking! =]
I'm just exhausted and a bit sick (still)
But we had a great weekend!
Spring was in the air in Amsterdam.
And it was no snow when we landed her yesterday.
But after five minutes it started snowing, and it's still snowing!!
Now there is about 25 cm of snow here!!
So we came home to Winterland! With a bit of a cold for the bought us...
Hope everybody is doing fine! ♥

Had you all a good weekend
Mine was ok.
Went out on paddys day and it was ok.. meet up in hotel with a mate. and there was a lot about but there was a lot of kids as there was face painting and things. then we went to another bar to meet up with 3 others and they had a match on ,later went to out local and was sitting with my mates and i just looked round me..there was not a green thing in site. you wood have thought it was just another saturday night..
The weather this morning is cool but i see the sun starting to come out but even at that its not t shirt weather think its round 5c no rain and does not give any all week
Today is a bank holiday. so our banks and post office is shut simetimes this effects the town shopping ways. so am going with the flow!!
This is the last week for me to get stuff from the company that is going into liquidation so i hope to get as much as i can in.. i have to get the christmas pallets this week. one of the guys told me to pick some and he wood do a good price. so am gonna ring him after i post this . i hope so as am gonna be sitting out of the money to at least the 1st week in november. and have no where to store them.
So hope you all have a good monday and hugs to ALL furbabies hope they are all doing good talk soon and take care
