oh the poor dear, i hope he's feeling better real soon!! i bet decorating for Easter will make him feel all better!

good morning ya'll!
remember the coffee i told you i was gonna have last night? well when i tried to go to bed i kept tossing & turning. had to get up, watched tv a while, went back to bed. i woke up 100x last night. turns out i made regular coffee instead of decaf.i had plans to go to my rents today & get my bro to do a few things over there that need to be done now i don't know if i'll be able to. i feel so yucky from not sleeping. argh!
maybe a late morning nap will do the trick & i can still get over there.

@ hospital sitting in waiting room while son has ultrasound then upper GI. Glad I can at least be on line since there are no magazines in here.These walls need decorating, I am thinking a nice bright Christmas theme!
Jude was throwing up last night, ahhh! He has been drinking lot of water but refusing to eat. Hoping no one else gets this! Looks like we'll be watching lots of TV today. We have a Christmas episode of one of the boys' favorite shows on (Chuck and Friends)... I hope they will want to watch some Christmas specials I have on the DVR still later!
A return to the work week but a Milestone makes it all that much easier.
Good Monday morning, everyone!
Three months and one day have past since we all gathered around our beautiful Christmas Trees and shared such a joyous occasion with our families and loved ones. I remember it as if it were yesterday. Such a good time. Now, only 9 more months remain until we celebrate it, once again. I'm excited for it, but I am also excited to see how this year progresses. Lots of opportunities and experiences in sight!
I had a decent weekend. Kim and I managed to stay in on both Friday and Saturday nights. I like quiet weekends sometimes. Saturday afternoon, I went to the gym. Yesterday, I laid relatively low until our quarterfinal Flag Football game last night. We were playing a team that we lost to twice during the regular season. It was a tight game, but we managed to beat them by six points. We're off to the semifinals next Sunday! This is only our second year in the league. More interestingly, none of us have really played any football in the past. A few of us have only just watched a lot of it. It's been fun. But, I'm excited for next Sunday. I like winning!
Unfortunately, this is my final week at my job. I've been searching for another job to flow into immediately after this week, but cannot seem to find anything. I have a bunch of people looking for me, too. Hopefully something comes up this week because there is no way that I can go anymore than a week or two without any income! Anyway, I'm confident that something will come up!
It is a little chilly here. I've gotten away with not wearing a coat for the past two weeks, but I couldn't do it today. The windchill is at -14C. Very cold! It should remain for a few days and then return to normal by Wednesday or Thursday. I'm not too picky though. As long as we don't get dumped with a whole bunch of snow!

Seawaters, I loved the video. It was funny when she told him he has had a lot of chicken n dumplins! That show, Texas Country Reporter, has been around since I was a kid and same reporter! Does he ever age? It's a good show! He came to a bingo hall I use to work for when I was 18 years old.
