What a day. In fact, what a week. I am a little ashamed to share this but I have tested two further times and failed. I don't know what the problem is. The tests have gotten trickier since I tested for my present position. Some of the questions really have little to do with transcription. I am thankful I have my job but not feeling very good about myself at all.......cm3 maybe you dont at the moment.bet we wood all feel the same its bound to dishearted you a bit. but something will come along. they seem to make teats harder all the time. this might sound daft but is there any way you can pick up on tests you have failed and learn from them and put it forward to the next one.? i no it cant be easy but dont give up.As you say you have a job that you are thankful for . The mn above knows the road your gonns go down and he knows what at the end of it. maybe the hjob your in could have something to do with it. only he knows !

Hermione has now learned to "sit" and "lay down" when I tell her (with food prompting of course). She really tries very hard to understand and please her mommy. Thats good its a start

I have a doctor appointment in the morning for a shot for my allergies which are going NUTS right about now. I think I am going to call it a night. Maybe tomorrow I will find another test to fail.....:-o yes you might and again you might not..just keep saying. sercet heart of jesus i place all my trust in you. He will not let you down. i no

Good morning! it's weds already! another sleepless night..I have a dr appt this afternoon at 2. I get to leave work early so that is a plus I guess. I have never been to this particular dr before it's to get cleared for work I hope the visit goes good. Have a great day everyone! the days are still getting longer it is getting daylight earlier in the am on my drive in to work.soon it will be sun up while I am on my way!!! I love summer mainly because it means fall is coming soon!!!!

I go in today for chemo "training" that lets me know everything I need to know. Then on Wednesday, I go to the hospital to get a chemo-port put in. The doctor also mentioned the CAT scan results and said there seems to be some activity in my thyroid so I have to get that checked out. He also informed me I DO have to have radiation after chemo because of the one and only lymph node that was cancerous. I am definitely NOT looking forward to any of this, but c'est la vie! I will try to get back on later after the appointments today. Have a great day, everyone!

Well...I've been noticing trouble with my hearing for the past 2 years, but just never went to go get it checked. When I had the screening today - I failed it! I have to go back May 3 and get a further screening done and see what that says. I am hoping I pass it. I pray so! I guess only time will tell

Seems like getting as many through the door is the main goal of this place.
Your insurance makes you go here, you do not have a choice where you want to go?

****Yes star, you hit the nail on the head. it felt like assembly line dentistry. unfortunately w/ the insurance we carry @ hubby's work, there's physicians for each type of medical practice. there's usually a few to pick from but this is the only 1 in our town & w/ gas prices so high......

today was a not so good day. we went to the dentist this a.m. we had never been to this 1, of course our insurance changed so we had no choice. oh my goodness.....really?
1st off the staff is running from 1 room to another, set up kinda like ER's w/ just the curtain separating patients, except there was a wall panel, didn't go to the ceiling only about 7 feet high. as they went from room to room they were discussing other patients right over you. ok, so hubby gets done...finally (boy he's gotta lot of work to be done, but that happens when you wait 10 years between appts) i get in the chair, the dentist herself is doing the cleaning & as soon as she starts, in walks the hygienist, the dentist drops what she doing & has the hyg. take over, only she didn't tell the hyg. where she stopped off, when asked the dentist said, "oh, i was all over" EXCUSE ME?!!! the hyg. finished up, the dentist is in & out answering questions i had asked the hygienist. told you-absolutely no privacy!!! anyhoo, it was awful! i was livid when we left!! this is a family of dentists & have been here forever. really good reputations, i don't know but i'm certainly not used to this treatment.
then i had an issue this afternoon w/ work. apparently i misunderstood. whatever!
my sinus' & my son's are acting up so much that we each have dr.s appts tomorrow. it's weird we both have it in our sinus' & ears. yuck! it'll be ok.
i'm sorry to rant & rave.

Hi sorry to hear all that. can you not change your dentist. you have a right to be treated with respect. and a bit of attention. am sure he is charging enough for it. goodluck with your app today .

thanks shellie, the problem is there's no other dentists in our town. we use to go to a good dentist, but he's no longer w/ our insurance as he was a bit pricey & chose not to be w/ our insurance because the ins. co. has a set fee they will pay for certain things & the physicians have to accept that & write off the rest. bummer big time!!

we are hoping to get lots done this week while we're off. it probably sounds weird to some of ya'll, but we love working outside & find it very relaxing & rewarding @ the same time.

I have 9 little cakes to put fondant on this morning, should only take about an hour. Then I have to get all the equipment together for the kids to decorate them this afternoon. The fun part will be getting them over there. The church is only a block away, but the car is gone for repairs so will have to walk. Between the 3 of us it should be manageable.

But, it will not get done if I do not start!

Well, the weather is taking a cold step backwards.
We started at 48 degrees this morning and we may not get above the upper 50's all day.
(That's what we get for being so spoiled by global warming.)

But regardless of whether you be hot or you be cold, you be sure and have a Wonderful Wednesday involving a Vivacious Visit to the Shispering Pines.
Carl is ready with suprises and door prizes so don't fail to drop by. You won't be sorry.
Um.....unless.....um.....you drink one of his experimental coffee blends, that is. Something no sane person would do!

Well that employee I told you all about that got mad and was sent home, apparently still has a job there. He was supposed to be there yesterday, but had water heater problems and couldn't come in. So I am guessing he will be there today. To be honest, I have mixed feelings about this. I don't know if all of this will change him or not, I have been getting a bit tired of his attitude myself. If he starts running his mouth to me, I will just tell him I don't want to hear it. If he wants the job he will shut his mouth and do the job he was hired to do. All they have ever done is give him constructive criticism to help him do his job better. Nobody yelled at him or anything until he started to yell, he just takes things too personal. I will admit our supervisor is a bit overbearing, you just have to know how to take her, it took me awhile, and I tried to advise him on this as well. The biggest thing is don't try to argue with her (or any of the supervisors) you will not win.
