Hello World!!!
Firstly, thanks for all your kind wishes. My stomach has decided to remain with me and we are on talking terms again. Evil little thing tried to leave home but I drugged it and persuaded it that it really was in the best place!!!!! It put up a good fight but I won (but I won't tempt fate by saying that out loud!!!!)
Have just come home from a movie preview - Salmon Fishing in the Yemen. Not the greatest of titles as it leads you to think it will be a documentary ON Salmon Fishing in the Yemen, but it was brilliant!!!!!! Really funny, great scenery and has Ewan McGregor, Emily Blount (Blunt?) and Kristin Scott-Thomas (she's a hoot). Can HIGHLY recommend it and even though I've seen the preview, I'd pay to go see it.
Guess I'd better catch up on the laundry and then throw some potatoes in to bake to have with the ribeye steaks for later (NOM NOM NOM!!!!!!!!!!)

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a warm one here with a high of 82 degrees. Then it looks like we will get some more storm's tonight. I don't have much on the agenda for today. I hope it's just the cord!!!! Our Wal Mart carries a universal cord with a bunch of different adaptars that fit just about any kind of computer.

Good Sunday morning all!!! As CAH said I played in our church best ball golf tournament yesterday, and MY TEAM WON!!!! I also got the prize for getting closest to the hole on one of the par 3s.:dance: It was a lot of fun, plus I get to know some of the members of the church a bit better.
For anyone not familiar with what a best ball or scramble tournament is I will explain it for you. You have 4 members on each team, each member hits the ball and you play whatever shot gives you the best chance to make par or better on each hole. We finished 4 under par with a score of 68. Something I could never even get close to playing by myself, :lol:

As SIT said, they got the 1st place trophy! I was so thrilled for them! The trophy is pretty and we added it to the others Wayne has got in the past.
They really want me on their team next year, I don't know why??? They will lose if I am on it! Ha ha! Time for practice and see what happens!

That's what my DH was saying too. We wanted to give the one we have now to EA in another year and half or so to play games on, so hopefully it will make it!

Another overtime game, looks like this is going to be a hard fought series. Unfortunately I haven't been able to watch a game yet, because of my work schedule and I had a busy day yesterday with the golf tournament and then having to run errands after that, when I got home I was beat, we listened to the Greasy Skillet and went to bed.

I have to leave to pick up JP's Star Wars cake in a few minutes, I'm sure it won't be as good as one of ChristmasStar's cakes but it will have to do. The kids have been awake since 5am, and Sunday is my only day to sleep in, so it will be a long day today.
