My wonderful kids like to see me cry. This is an amazing addition to my cake decorating tools. It is a cricut machine, They got together and bought me this wonderful machine that I have been wanting since they came on the market.
I got it early because Jeannine is going back to school on Friday and will most likely not be home for Mothers day.

anybody feeling the ill effects from the pines yesterday? c'mon, rub some dirt on it (as peyton manning would say) & get going! i've been do'in it for the last hour & still i'm dragg'in. what gives?
star, the gift your kids gave you is awesome. often i've thought about getting one but......how many kids do you have? that was sooo nice of them. now you'll be doing all sorts of new things!!
this month just started & i'm already too tired to go. my plate runneth over w/ all the stuff going on this month between work, home, weddings, mother's day, kids, animals.......
i wish there was 4 of me like that computer commercial. don't mean to complain though, i'm thankful for what i have, it's just no one else will listen.
i talked to my mama yesterday & she said her eyes are healing. the lower eyelid on her right eye is, for some reason, turning inward. i know that sounds crazy but the eyelashes are turned in towards her eye. this was happening before she got pink eye. my mawmaw, her mama, had the same thing happen to the same eye. mawmaw had to have surgery on it but it never did work good. isn't it strange that something like that can run in the family?anyhoo, my mama is going to have to see an eye doc for it once her eyes heal from the pink eye.
my sons are both done w/ school for this semester. the oldest brought his GPA up a good bit so we are excited for him. my 20 year old hasn't found out about all his classes yet. he thinks he did well though. my daughter still has 2 more weeks of school. kind'a looking forward to not having to get up so early soon.

I told Carl he had to go over to his own inflateable pool. He was getting us all too wet. If he's a good boy, he can rejoin us after his time out.
the spitting was bad enough, but whose bright idea was it to give him the hose????

Over the top and coasting downhill to the weekend once again.
(These cycles seem to go by faster and faster as the weeks pass.)
What else seems to be going faster and faster?
Well.......:
Days to the Season: 194
Days to Christmas Day: 236
Twelve measly days left until the the half way mark to the Season.
(My Goodness! So close to SINGLE DIGITS!!)
Whew!
Hot and humid here yesterday. Into the low 90's.
And the weather service says even hotter today.
(Anyone care to join me on a trip to Alaska?)
Speaking of trips.....
Stay tuned for a TRAVEL ALERT.
Yes, the Crowns are going on their first trip away from home for the year.
Our winter tenants have left our beach cottage and we are going over Friday to Sunday to check on things.
As such, a volunteer will be needed to do the count this Saturday and Sunday mornings.

Wow! I fell asleep in the hammock last night at the Pines and missed all the fun that went on. Someone set up a 5 a.m. wake-up call for me, though, and even had an extra large cup of coffee ready for me to take back home. It was made just the way I like it and came in a travel mug, complete with camel decal, I might add

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a HOT day here in central Indy but it looks like we start cooling down tomorrow. I have a lot of running to do this morning before it gets to hot and then it will be back home to do some more cleaning. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!
Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!
I was out all day yesterday at the hospital with my mom. She called me yesterday morning while I was driving to work, saying she really felt bad and wanted me to come get her. She recently started a medication that had some severe possible side-effects, and apparently the side-effects became more than just possible. This scared her into a panic attack, and her chest began to tighten, which scared her even more. Anyway, after ALL DAY in the emergency room, they decided she was ok. She had felt better since just an hour or so after we got there. Well, she's stopping the scary medication, and they told her there should be no more trouble.
Now I'm at work trying to catch up on what I missed yesterday.

Good evening and good Pines Day dear Christmas family
Thank you all who have been thinking of me and training for my new job. The training yesterday was really confusing. There are about a gazillion things to remember with the account I have and the platform I am working out of is one I have not done before. It has been very stressful but it is always stressful when starting a new job. The only thing I can do is try to get better and keep on keeping on.........So far there are NO GOOBERS. I am kind of unsettled though because If you are not "up to speed" and at least 98% accuracy by 30 days they get rid of you. So I don''t have real long.......
Anyway, Solice please know you are in my prayers as is everyone here Including Ella, Snickers, Snowball, Gomez, Pocket, Penny, Palmer, Mouse, Bo, Victor, Baby Bear, and all furkids everywhere xo
I miss Ivy like crazy................I taped a video of her on my Ipod washing her feet back in February when she felt better....It is so good to see her being herself again and NOT struggling to breath...xo
That's all you can do, keep on keeping on. You will do great. Have a faith in yourself. God with do the rest of the work for you.
You're still in my prayers and I still think of you often.
