Thanks! That was really cute! That makes me not what my kids to grow up, but I am wide awake. I know what to play for my kids now though to help them fall asleep!

Another long day at work. My foot is really acting up recently, I am in a lot of pain, I just need some time off of it. I quickly read through the posts, I hope everyone is well, I am missing Christmas today.

There are some bad storms just to the north of me - right now it is cloudy, windy and there is a lot of thunder here, but I think that most of the severe weather is going to miss my area. The animals are very nervous, though - poor babies!

Hope the babies are ok. animals seem to sense and feel it more maybe its the not knowing what it is.

Well, the hearing test went well. The man told me that I don't need a hearing aid. I was on the line for failing sounds that are far away or very faint, but the decimals at what a person normally talks, I was right above that line, so he said at this time, I am okay. He said I should get my hearing checked again in 4 years because he thinks this is going to be a continuing problem.

He did say too though, that he thinks the reason I can't sometimes hear certain because there is too much another noise going on around me, which makes sense.

Yip its friday and i bet some of you are glad.
Truth its makes not difference to me.
The weather today is cool and was raining last night. yesterday was nice and warm not hot just warm lol
Have had a busy week had 5 pallets in and 3 more this morning. and its seems all i do it work/eat/and sleep.
This weekend is gonna be extra busy. i was roped into a commitee that is running a bank hoiliday festival and its on this saturday and sunday and monday.. there is nothing exciting about it. there is face painting 5 aside foorball.. a harvey davison bike display that might be ok i think..and other things. so thats my weekend sorted. the shop is shut monday as its bank holiday

My sisiter in law , that got the balck eye on sat night . she asked my friend who did see it happen to do witness for her. and my friend rung me and she ended up saying she saw it bit did not no why and that she was drunk and might say the wrong thing when she told my sil this . she near lost the head. on facebook she is saying out town is crap and no onewood stick up for you and shes going back to her hometown.. i hope its soon . now my friend is getting mad. as she knows its her she digging at..

The hot weather continues and we again broke 90 here yesterday in the capital city.
And it's only early May!
Whew!
Relief is on the way for the weekend however, or so the weather service promises.
We have 67 degrees here at this hour.

We survived the storms :???:

Although I didn't see it posted anywhere online, according to the radio station I was listening to there were tornado watches in a few of the counties bordering where I live. It was somewhat scary looking out as the clouds were swirling and moving in all directions - it was very hard to tell what was coming at you, especially since we only see a bit of the sky as we live in the woods. What we ended up getting was a very dramatic noise and light show with lots of rain and some hail and one of the blackest skies I have seen in very long time. I also saw the widest lightning bolt ever and right after heard the loudest crack of thunder - my poor pets were petrified! Of course, I had to go out and make sure they were all okay. I have them in safe areas outside, but they always relocate themselves during storms and it is quite the job to find them all. I don't worry too much about the older cats as they know all the nooks and crannies on the farm, but the kittens, of which there are three, moved, too. I finally located them huddled under one of the trucks - why they think that is a safe place I have no idea, but at least they were with their mom and they were dry, too. Shaggy, the outdoor dog, was sopping wet - he will not go in his house unless it is too hot out. That dog loves to be outside and in all types of weather, be it snow or torrential rain. As of this morning, things are back to normal - all pets are waiting to be fed and are their happy selves once again :???: :???:

Good Friday, yes, FRIDAY morning!
Fridays! ahh... I remember you well. With my new shift I have my weekends back! It was a stormy evening last night folks. I got the lawn cut when I came home from work but I could feel it in the air, a storm was coming. It wasn't a bad store but the rain came down pretty hard. There was thunder that lasted through the night. Boots (cat) was running around the house meowing in the middle of the night too. Did I mention its FRIDAY?! If you haven't listened to the latest pod cast I recommend you do. It will get you in the mood. Wait. We are all always in the Christmas mood. What am I thinking! hah. Well better get back to work. While I am only less than an hour down the road from Undrtakr, this time we actually got the same storm. The sad thing is it took most of the blossoms out of the tree in front of my house.
We also had a lot of flashing lightening and booming thunder. Penny was not impressed and was hiding somewhere in the house, not sure where she went.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!! It's going to be a warm day here with a high around 80 degree's. It also appears that my neighbors to the north are sending their storms down my way this afternoon and evening. I'm glad to hear that all of you survived them last night. I need to run to the grocery store this morning and then it will be back home to enjoy the rain. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!
