So much has been happening,I finally got a new car.or rather I unloaded my old one a 2009 honda accord with only 20k miles I blew up the transmission and it never worked right and no one could fix it!! so I traded that lemon in on a toyota Avalon which Is a step up and bigger since I have a growin family!

Good evening, Christmas family

Well... My Ipod wound up dying anyway. I don't know what happened. It was nearly clear of any water on the screeng but when I tried it today......DEAD.....I guess corrosion got to it......

I don't think even a genius could get it back.....If I only had an idea it was going to die I would have transferred the video files of Ivy and Hermione when she was a baby. Unless there is some way to get data from a nonfunctioning Ipod those files are lost....Oh well.

I hope all have a Christmassy evening. (((HUGS))) everyone xo

Yes....I had Icloud as a backup.......But I don't know how to access it since I can't turn on the Ipod....It used to back up EVERYTHING !!

I hope everyone had a wonderful day today, today was a wonderful day for my baby bear today is her birthday! She had her favorite for dinner, chicken added to her kibble.

Good Morning MMC!!!!!!!! It's going to be a hot and sticky day here in central Indy with a high near 90 degrees and 80% humidty. I don't have much planned for today. I'm watching the spacex dragon capsule berth with the ISS right now on nasa tv. Once this is over I need to run to the grocery store and then I think the whole family is going out to dinner tonight. I guess I should also call my sister's and wish them a happy birthday too. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

First afternoon of summer break went like this....

15 mile bike ride....
ballpark to watch niece...but any reason to go to the ballpark is good....
came home...cooked spaghetti with wife....
watched a movie with the wife....
went to bed with wife...
got kicked out of bed by wife because I didn't take a shower after the bike ride...
took a shower...
kissed my dogs goodnight....
went to sleep....

It was splendid.

Today is off to a good start...goes something like this...

woke up....
started coffee...
drinking coffee....
wished Made a Happy Bday...which you should too.....
drinking coffee...
watching my martins.....
drinking coffee....

If you can get to an Apple Store and explain the situation to a "genius," they should be able to access your iCloud account and download the files for you. Take a thumb drive with you that they can put the files on. I'm sure they'll charge you, though ... after they try to sell you a new iPod ... :-?

Strike that ... I see made582 has a better idea ... just access iCloud from your home computer.

Sorry to hear about the Ipod CM3!!!!!! I was really hoping that the rice would do the trick for you. You should be able to access your Icloud account here-

Gray and dreary outside again today ... where's the summer sunshine? I even wore a Hawaiian shirt today, but it didn't bring the sun out. (Maybe I scared it away.) I'll even settle for some of the summer heat you folks have been getting if I can get some sunshine with it. It's supposed to be hot tomorrow---maybe some sun will come with it. Good weekend to put in the air conditioners.

Fingers crossed for Monday---we have tickets for the ballgame at Fenway.

And fingers crossed that I can get out of work early today. The office is supposed to close at 1 p.m., but my group usually has work for a couple hours past early closings.
