Ugh, brutal today. It's 8:00 and 80 degrees! I guess I should take hte kids out now. Yesterday they started complaining by 9:30 it was too hot outside. Can't say I disagreed!

Good melty morning my Family!

I think I heard a tree crying it was so hot. Going to be worse today. To top it off I have a daycare BBQ to go to. There is a lot of shade but I know I will be melting. Right now I'm inside at work in the a/c. Sometimes they crank it so much that it gets too cold. Strange that I love it at home but it gets too cold here. *shrug* Ill have to make a trip to Michael's with the Wife soon. Too bad I don't get comedy central. Id love to watch all those movies! Oh yes and I am so tired. I was up late playing an online game with friends. Paying for it today! Tomorrow after work we are hopping in the van and loading it up. Driving to Windsor Ontario to visit family. Also its my cousins baby shower. Thing I find strange is people that don't want to know the sex of a baby. I'd want to know to know what to buy! lol but I guess I'm crazy that way. Hope everyone keeps cool. Run after that ice cream truck if it comes by and jump in the back! That will keep you cool! haha!

Good Thursday morning, my Christmas friends!

I didn't really do much yesterday afternoon. When I got home, I found my family and our niece's family in the pool having a great time. I, of course, was sent on errands while they played. Such is my lot in life. cheesy

This evening we are trying P'zolo's from Pizza Hut. They're pretty good to me, but the rest of the family hasn't tried them yet. Bernie's coming over, too, since Mrs. Hilda is still away. She's in Maine with Nancy's sister, who is a CPA attending a tax conference.

Anyway, I hope y'all have a GREAT DAY! cheesy

Well a "cool down" is coming. We're only supposed to reach 92 today and then a cold front comes through tonight and cools it down to 85 tomorrow.

Also its my cousins baby shower. Thing I find strange is people that don't want to know the sex of a baby. I'd want to know to know what to buy! lol but I guess I'm crazy that way.

I agree!! My sister in washington didn't find out what she was having the first time and then she complained when everyone was sending her yellow clothes. I hope you have a fun trip!!!!

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be another hot one here in central Indy. My mom is babysitting today so I can get some stuff done. The problem is I'm feeling lazy and just want to crawl back in bed. Between my niece's and the heat I am just wore out. There's no time for that though. I need to run to the grocery store and then I think I'm going to take my truck somewhere to get the oil changed. I normally do it myself but there are several places running specials and they will do it cheaper than I can buy the stuff. So why not let them do it. Well I'm off so I can get this all done before it gets to hot. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

Okay!!!!!! Be warned though. My apartment is only 900 square feet so it might get a little crowded.

That is fine with me. It will feel like Christmas Eve at my uncle's house! I don't think his house is much bigger than that and we would cram as many people as possible in it and celebrate. Ahh!!! I will miss those memorable Christmas Eves!

That's great! I enjoy reading your reports on the weather coming from Indiana. Because that means in 12-24 hours the temps will drop, when the cold front reaches the east coast....

I went to Michaels yesterday, and they had two aisles of Fall. That made me smile!!

My friend & I are going to Hobby Lobby tomorrow after work to check out their Christmas In July Didn't CAH say that they had 8 aisles of Christmas out already in Texas?! That's awesome. We probably won't be quite that lucky...but one can dream!!

It is cooler here temperature-wise, but the humidity is way up. I hope some thunderstorms head this way to cool things down - there is a 50 percent chance today and tomorrow. Stay cool, Made!!!

It is hot and muggy here! I'm glad I did my running around this morning - going in and out of air-conditioned buildings into the hot and humid air has given me a headache, though. I was able to take something for it in time, so it hasn't gotten any worse in the past hour or so.

Yes, but the aisles were not completely full but good enough for a summer Christmas fix!

Hobby Lobby's facebook has a few angry people over the Christmas stuff being out now and said they will not shop there anymore. Ha ha! That's just silly. You would think Hobby Lobby has committed some kind of crime. I guess we have all committed a crime full of Christmas spirit "too early"! :lol: I guess we need to be locked up! =)

I feel amazing today! I was afraid I was getting bronchitis with the way I felt for the past few days. I just cranked up the Christmas cheer with music and movies and it seemed to work! :wink:
