We saw Zookeeper yesterday. Next week is the Smurfs.

I didn't like Zookeeper too much, but I enjoyed The Smurfs.

Greetings from the seventh circle, (heatwise)

It's so hot outside the wicked witch of the west is begging for water! The school year is finally over, only 68 days until they go back! They got out so late this year because of the snowstorm all the way back in October that knocked out power for 6-7 days for most of the town. I picked up JP and took him out to lunch and a few other things, we tried BK's new bacon sundae, it was okay, so I can take that off my bucket list-ice cream with bacon in it. We went to the batting cages and we were both hitting the ball well, JP did well for never seeing pitches moving that fast, he made contact a few times, so we switched to slow softball and he was tearing the cover off the ball on that one.

Got to go drop the car off to get fixed.

thunder rumbling through...checked weather site and we are under a severe thunderstorm watch.

It is hot again here in northern California, almost too hot to eat anything! I have a blood test tomorrow morning to make sure my blood keeps getting built back up for the next round of chemo on Monday.

MC, the coconut tea sounds sort of sweetish (not Swedish). Is that the case? Tell Gloria hi!

Xmas, that is so wild about JP! I can only imagine what he will be like as he gets older!

Gotta go. We are headed out for an overnight trip to Redding.

Good melty morning my Family!

I think I heard a tree crying it was so hot. Going to be worse today. To top it off I have a daycare BBQ to go to. There is a lot of shade but I know I will be melting. Right now I'm inside at work in the a/c. Sometimes they crank it so much that it gets too cold. Strange that I love it at home but it gets too cold here. *shrug* Ill have to make a trip to Michael's with the Wife soon. Too bad I don't get comedy central. Id love to watch all those movies! Oh yes and I am so tired. I was up late playing an online game with friends. Paying for it today! Tomorrow after work we are hopping in the van and loading it up. Driving to Windsor Ontario to visit family. Also its my cousins baby shower. Thing I find strange is people that don't want to know the sex of a baby. I'd want to know to know what to buy! lol but I guess I'm crazy that way. Hope everyone keeps cool. Run after that ice cream truck if it comes by and jump in the back! That will keep you cool! haha!

Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be another hot one here in central Indy. My mom is babysitting today so I can get some stuff done. The problem is I'm feeling lazy and just want to crawl back in bed. Between my niece's and the heat I am just wore out. There's no time for that though. I need to run to the grocery store and then I think I'm going to take my truck somewhere to get the oil changed. I normally do it myself but there are several places running specials and they will do it cheaper than I can buy the stuff. So why not let them do it. Well I'm off so I can get this all done before it gets to hot. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

don't forget..as hot as it is, let somebody else do the oil change for sure! i hope you get some much deserved rest & relaxation soon made!

I am so ready for the weekend...

I went to Michaels yesterday, and they had two aisles of Fall. That made me smile!!

My friend & I are going to Hobby Lobby tomorrow after work to check out their Christmas In July Didn't CAH say that they had 8 aisles of Christmas out already in Texas?! That's awesome. We probably won't be quite that lucky...but one can dream!!

I feel amazing today! I was afraid I was getting bronchitis with the way I felt for the past few days. I just cranked up the Christmas cheer with music and movies and it seemed to work!

We passed a thermometer that read 100* without humidity, we dropped off the car it has an exhaust leak so hopefully it will be done tomorrow. I really don't want to go to work tomorrow, but a 36*F cooler is more inviting than a 95 degree and humid day. 2 days into summer and I am ready for autumn.

Sooooo, today I was at our local Kohl's Department Store and they had teams of new employees touring the store. They were instructing them on "holiday" set up and how important it is to maintain their departments and replenish stock. I thought to myself...wow, it can't be far away at all!

That sounds like my day yesterday, too. I worked with 2 hours overtime, went grocery shopping, then put all the food away, then took my bear bear to the park for a walk and I was so tired.
