Good Friday morning, my Christmas friends!

I had to do some work yesterday afternoon, then I ran out to get Pizza Hut takeout for a houseful of people! Those P'zones are pretty good, especially the pepperoni & sausage. You can NEVER go wrong with pepperoni.

I have to work at the store tomorrow, so I'll be there at 6am cooking breakfast. Y'all come!

I hope y'all have a great day! cheesy

If I wasnt so far away I would have loved to join you for breakfast! Something tells me I wouldnt get there in time though hehe!!

It's raining!!

Tonight is when my friend & I are going to Hobby Lobby to check out Christmas In July stuff- YAY! Then, we are going out for a nice dinner afterwards.

Then, tomorrow night we are having our good friends over for dinner. We usually end up playing Taboo or PS3 by the end of the night, good times. It's funny, some of them get really competitive, especially if we do guys against girls, there's always lots of laughs!

On Sunday, Harlowe has to go into the vet's for some shots, and to have a persistent cough checked out. Hope she's ok, I always worry, that's just what I do..purebred Cavalier King Charles Spaniels are prone to having Mitral Valve problems, and one of the first signs is a cough. Glad she is a "mutt", so that overrides some of the purebred issues. Please keep her in your thoughts. Thanks.
I will be praying for Harlowe!

Have fun this weekend with your friends!

YESSSSSSSS! You are so lucky to get to watch them practice. I have seen them a few times and they are awesome. They will be here in October and we plan to see them along with the Canadian Snowbirds. I have seen them before too. I told Wayne I get "almost" as excited for the air shows each year like I do for Christmas. LOVE THEM!

Last air show we went to we saw the Blue Angels perform. We had won Captain Club seating which provided free lunch and drinks, private bathrooms and a shaded seating area. They cost 80 bucks a piece if you buy them and we won 4 tickets. We also got V.I.P. parking. Wayne and I went with my mom (her first air show) and my dad. My dad goes with us every year and we usually just bring lawn chairs and pay for general admission.

My dad, Wayne and I liked the Captain Club seating so much that we MIGHT shell out the money this year to buy them.
They are also nice because it's in a private area and not so crowded. Every time we go to an air show, no matter where we put our lawn chairs we end up smashed against others and can't see anything on the ground, take offs, landings, pilots boarding the planes (which is a show in itself!), jet powered trucks, etc. Captain Club seating you have a clear view of everything! (Can you tell I'm excited)? Have fun watching the Thunderbirds practice!

Congratulations!!!

I am just relaxing for a few. Been busy lately and have not been on the computer a whole lot but I am getting stuff done!

I am thinking about watching something Christmasy this evening.

Have a great weekend everyone!

Good morning my Christmas family!

Its a cool..wait whats that??? a cool morning! That heat wave was horrible! Yesterday we went to the daycare bbq. Well. We pulled up in the van and it started coming down with a lot of rain, and thunder. We waited and waited and finally it slowed down. We ran to the covered shelter and on the way it started coming down again. I was soaked! We had a nice bbq and there were a lot of kids. Tonight after work we are driving down to Windsor. Man its a busy summer. Makes it fly by! Its almost Christmas in July too! The other day William was singing some song about Christmas. I think it was jingle bells but I couldn't be sure, since he stopped when he saw I was watching him haha. Well tomorrow I see my Uncle. I haven't seen him in over 10 years. Should be interesting end emotional. Time to go! Hope everyone has a good day and a great weekend. Ill be back on Sunday!

i hope you have fun on your trip!

would love to come, but my daughter just won tickets to our local Blues and rib fest !

It kinda rained for about 34 seconds here... but it's still hot and humid. Thankfully this awful humidity and heat is gone tomorrow, just in time for my sister's baby shower!! :)

Good evening, MMC! :)

I have a love/hate relationship with my chest freezer. I love that I can buy meat when it's on sale and freeze it but I hate that I have to reorganize it all the time so I don't have to dig through the whole freezer to reach a pack of chicken.

Be here around 2pm tomorrow and you can watch them perform from the top of the hill by the sewage treatment plant for my apartment complex.

(It's really not that bad)

Maybe you can swing by and PLUG IN the chest freezer that been in my basement for, oh, just 2 years? :) My husband has been telling me he's going to rearrange and move it and PLUG IT IN but.... so far, nothing! I gotta remind him again!

I love(d) having a deep freezer! I like to have a crazy amount of food on hand at any given moment... zombie apocalypse or unexpected guests - ya never know, right?
