I'M OFF FOR FOUR - COUNT 'EM - FOUR DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I'm so excited - I can reintroduce myself to my other half, take the dogs out for long walks and lie in bed and read. And do laundry and tidy the house and clean the oven........but YAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Things have taken a rather dark turn at work just now. It's not all the weddings, it's the increasing realisation that someone appears to be doing something which brings suspicion on us all and is considered gross misconduct and therefore a dismiss-able offence. Put it this way, I'm glad I'm not in until Wednesday.

Olympics start next Friday; that's come round quickly!!!!!!!! TV will be all sucked up into it but I have things recorded to keep me going when the synchronised swimming and clay pigeon shooting are on!!!!!

On another note, so sorry to hear about the shootings near Denver xx

Good evening,

A nice day today, only in the 70's, more of the same tomorrow. Busy day at work, had one customer try to steal another woman's purse right in front of her, my employee followed and got her license plate number. It's always something. I have to work tomorrow, so I won't be taking in the QVC festivities tonight, I did go the site and almost bought a Mr. Christmas ornament but I read an awful lot of bad reviews on it, so I changed my mind. I will be watching some tomorrow though.

Hey guys! It's turned out to be one heck of a day! I am glad it's almost over with though. I am going to turn in soon watch some tv in bed. I never have really watched the Christmas is July on QVC although I have watched some Halloween specials in years past...I don't even know if I have QVC but after the wierd day I have had I need some Christmas cheer...I am about to search and see If I have the QVC channel and watch tonight since we sleep with the tv on all night anyways!!! come on christmas!!


ETA: yep I do have and i see it starts at midnight! Brandi already is looking at me funny...she don't get me being a Christmas nut sometimes

Just got home from grocery shopping, going to read the boards, take a little nap, and then wake up and put on some coffee....

Bought a different kind of coffee....I always buy folgers, but I bought a different kind just to try some fresh stuff.....we will see...any other coffee drinkers buy a different kind from the specialty store?

I love Green Mountain blends, my favorite to buy!

I hope you are all doing well and enjoy the weekend. QVC time is almost here!!

I wish that watching QVC tonight and this weekend will cheer me up. I haven't had a very good past couple of days, they've been rotten actually. It's a shame when you invest a lot of time and effort into one person who turns out not to care about you (when they say they do). I was always warned not to put all of my eggs in one basket, and boy did I mess up this time! I have been trying to watch shows that I like and enjoy the night, but I can't seem to get things off of my mind. I wish that people were easier to trust - I think sometimes I am just way too nice.

I guess I'll just go mope some more and watch some TV - at least I have a little something to look forward to. My mom said she'd watch Home Alone 2 with me too :]

I have tried to make it for the beginning of QVC, but my eyelids weigh about 100lbs now, and I already fell asleep once tonight for 45 minutes. I look forward to reading the play by play tomorrow.
