Christmas Countdown - 2012

Good evening, Christmas family
What a day........I was quite ill and in quite a bit of pain for the entire shift. In fact, I quit half an hour early and will try to make it up before my last day. I just could not type one more report feeling like that.
All I know is that I had not eaten much yesterday and was so hungry when I finished working so I grabbed a PB and J sandwich.......and BOOM !!! That was that. Since peanut butter has a high degree of fat I am wondering if this is some sort of gallbladder or pancreatitis problem.......Anyway, it is better now, it is still there but it is better. Hopefully it will be gone tomorrow............

Does anyone know if Arthur Christmas is on DVD yet or maybe on cable pay per view ?? I really want to see that !! This morning after my husband left, I watched Prep and Landing and then started the Polar Express !!! Gosh, it was so WONDERFUL to even see the commercials from Christmas !!! And just think, in 4 months we will all be celebrating Christmas and have our trees up and everything !!!

Merry Christmas in July, everyone!
The year is well more than half over and we're nearly heading down the 100-day stretch to our favourite Season! For now, I will happily continue enjoying the beautiful summer weather!
It's great to be able to stop by. My new job doesn't necessary give me more time to post, however, there is much less hounding and hovering from co-workers. I like that. Obviously, the money still isn't great but I'm searching very hard for a career opportunity. Hopefully something will arise sooner or later.
Currently, it is a comfortable 25C in Ottawa. I had planned to go for a nice lunch time walk to the store and pick up the Los Angeles Kings Stanley Cup Champions Blu Ray, however, I seem to have forgotten my wallet at home. I'm not surprised. I guess this means that I may have to make the trek early this evening. It will be magical to re-live some of the experiences, once again!
Well, it's almost lunch time. I should really get back to work for a bit, too. I hope everyone has a wonderful Wednesday. The work week is nearing its downturn toward the final weekend of July. Enjoy your times at the 'Pines, and of course, celebrating the experience of Christmas in July. Our favourite Season will be here before we know it!

I'm listening to Christmas music all day today. And I'll be watching a Christmas movie on Netflicks tonight. Tomorrow's a special day for me--it marks six years since I had my cardiac arrest and nearly died. (In one way, I did "die"--at least my heart stopped beating and the defib had to be used.) Now I celebrate the day, because I consider all the time since a gift! Then Saturday's our anniversary, and three weeks after that is my birthday. Big doings! And the start to my personal Christmas countdown. Hope everyone has a great day today, doing something special for CIJ!
