Christmas Countdown - 2012

Santa's brother, he is usually quiet and behind the scenes content to let his brother shine. But once a year on July 25th Santa bestows on him some Christmas magic and out he goes to remind all who believe that the spirit of Christmas is alive and well all year long.
If everyone allowed this spirit to live all year long what a wonderful world we would live in!

I'm listening to Christmas music all day today. And I'll be watching a Christmas movie on Netflicks tonight. Tomorrow's a special day for me--it marks six years since I had my cardiac arrest and nearly died. (In one way, I did "die"--at least my heart stopped beating and the defib had to be used.) Now I celebrate the day, because I consider all the time since a gift! Then Saturday's our anniversary, and three weeks after that is my birthday. Big doings! And the start to my personal Christmas countdown. Hope everyone has a great day today, doing something special for CIJ!

Just checking in real quick to say Hi!!!! It looks like I'm going to be stuck at my sister's house most of the afternoon. I loved Arthur Christmas!!!!! I probably even liked more than my niece's did. Well I'm off. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY and a MERRY CHRISTMAS in JULY!!!!!!!!!!!

I loved that movie, too ~ brought tears to my eyes!

What is everyone up to this evening? I will just relax with my family, as I work tonight, then I am off tomorrow! Big smiles had by me!!! cheesy DH has to work tomorrow night, but at least I will see him during the day tomorrow.

Thank you to everyone who has sent Christmas in July cards to me. It was so nice to hear from you and I loved sending them. I just love it here at MMC. Doing things like that just brighten my day!

WooHoo!!! I finally got away from my sister's. Today was the last free movie. My older niece starts school next wednesday and then my younger niece starts preschool the following week. So that should mean more free time for me!!!! Not really though. I have a ton of other stuff that I have been putting off. Now if it would just cool down outside I could get started on it. Well I'm off to the Pines. I hope to see everyone there!!!
