Hubby fixed Cornish game hens on the rotisserie. I made a rice salad: rice, green onions, green bell pepper, "grape" tomatoes, cucumbers, cilantro, and garlic olive oil and garlic rice vinegar. So cool and refreshing.

Hi all - the past few days have been pretty crappy, so I haven't been online.

Off to bed now, but hopefully tomorrow everything will finally start to get better for me. Optimism at its finest!

I forgot to mention but after we took our walk this morning we stopped by the Dollar Tree and they are putting fall and Halloween goodies out! It gave me a smile! Wayne seems to get a kick out of my reaction to stuff like that. I get a little giddy!

like that (or October)....

We never made it out to the Christmas store and lunch. I felt depleted after our walk and thought I would just lay down a bit and then try to go. Instead, I just kept laying here and doing so now! Wayne just headed out for take out food and we will stay in for lunch. =)

Tomorrow we are taking the boys to the movies, they love the Wimpy Kid movies (even LC who is only 4) so that should be quite fun. Next weekend we will be heading to the Berkshires for a few days, that should be a good time. At this time I don't think I am interested in that position, I just have heard too many bad things from people who were in that position previously, it chews you up and spits you out

Would be a nice trend if it continues but I won't count on that!
Currently, I read 76.1 degrees on our back door digital thermometer here in the capital city.

Thanks, MerryM! It's better now this am, but I am drinking a cup of coffee now. I notice sometimes too, I get palpations from too much coffee, but I mainly started drinking it, 6 years ago, when I starting working nights, to stay awake, but now I of course drink it all the time. I know I should probably drink decaf, but it more than anything for the caffine, especially at work.

If my DH could come to your house for dinner, he would! He loves leg of lamb and I am not a lamb fan, so the only time he has lamb, is when his mom cooks it. (Sorry to my husband!) My FIL doesn't eat it either, so my MIL and I always cook something up together - usually two different meats.
