Good Saturday morning, my Christmas friends!

I have to ask: was I the only one who had trouble accessing MMC yesterday? I tried all day, but was unable. I had no trouble visiting any other website, but MMC wouldn't load from work. I hope it's not an enduring problem!

Y'all have a great day!

Hey Brad! Hope you're doing well! Yes, I had trouble- started Friday afternoon. I spent @ 20 minutes on a long post, and it reverted me to an old MMC page. Lost the entire thing =(
Then, when I tried to log on Sunday, no dice. Just said Page Cannot Be Displayed. But, I'm back today! Missed you all.

Hey Brad ! No...you are not the only one. MMC does not want to load for me a lot of the time. Not sure what the problem is.......

Glad to heaR it's not just us! Hey CM3 =] xo

Good morning, dear Christmas family !

In just a few moments I am going to go in and work some. Not because I have to but because I WANT to !! That is the beauty of working for this company. I work when I WANT. There is no shift. If I wake up at 4 a.m. and feel like working I can as long as there is work. Sure beats 12-9 Monday - Friday. It is a little less money than my former job but worth so much more than what I was making there just because of the freedom I feel. I hope all have a good day and Hugs ESPECIALLY to:

Ella, Harlowe, Snowball, Gomez, Ophelia, Sidney, Alex, Merlin, Snickers, Victor, Daisy, Diva, Palmer, Mouse, Bo, Chico, Meca, Alvin, Charlie, Gary, Bailey, Jerrold, Irving, Martha, Uncle Julio, Missy, Scooby, Sasha, Jacob, Cracker, Bunny B, Penny, Pocket, LuLu, Bear-Bear, Stripey, Holly and all furkids everywhere xoxoo

AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! So happy for you. Freedom is a beautiful thing! xo

hey y'all! just hanging out here @ home right now. going to my rents later today. hubby & son are going to the Panthers preseason game today against Texans.
daughter has a bit of homework left to do on her summer assignment. this is a powerpoint about her ecosystem. sounds like fun huh?
she enjoys it so i hope she gets it done soon. she went back to the dentist & they added some filling to it but she says it's still sensitive. uuurrgh! can't wait to call them on Monday.

school starts for her a week from Monday. not looking forward to that treck again every day. 25 or so miles 1 way. yuck.

i'd like to ask y'all to please pray for me. i have dealt w/ depression quite a bit in my adult life. i do take meds to treat the depression, however sometimes i feel myself slipping...& i'm slipping rapidly.

anyhoo, just pray please. don't want to drag any others down.

y'all take care, love, hugs, & smiles to y'all!

cm3, i'm so happy for you, & i continue to pray for my friends here in the ways they may need.

Thoughts & prayers are w/ you, merry. Big hugs, too. Please lean on us anytime. Let me know if you want to talk. Much love! xo

I've been playing horse shoes for the last 2 hours. Does that mean I'm turning into a old man?

I hope not! I love them, too, and I don't want to turn into
an old man.

134 days til Christmas Eve....my big day
135 days til Christmas Day.....most of Your big day.....and my big day, too still.....

I love the sound of that, track!!! Woohoo!!!!!!! cheesy

Good evening,

A very busy day at work today, it's tax free weekend in Massachusetts and it is amazing how many people don't realize we don't pay sales tax on food in this state everyday. Not much to report on here tonight. Just getting ready to take a long summer's nap.

I may not be on for a few days, we are heading up to the Berkshires for a few days to stay with our friends at their timeshare. Not sure if there is wifi, so if you don't hear from me that is the reason. Hopefully I will be able to check in, but if I don't, see you all on Wednesday.

Good night all!

Have a fabulous time, xmas!! Safe trip!

Hello all it was a glorious warm... Windy and sunny yet cloudy day in Toronto.... Just a hint of Fall on the early morning air!!!!! Yippeeeee

Just wanted to say how blessed I feel to have found you all ....

The feeling is mutual, MerryNoel!

I'm so excited for Fall!!!!!!!!

Good morning everyone,

I come to you this morning to start off your work week right. Thus, I bring you (pre-)Season's Greetings! How might I do this? Well, let me tell you. Yesterday, my mom and her husband took Kim and I to Costco to purchase a bunch of stuff. It was awfully graciuos of them. As we were coming to the end of an aisle, we noticed that some Christmas decorations and prodcuts were on display and for sale in the middle of the store. My mom and I were instantly drawn right to it. Kim and I ended up purchasing a beautiful snow globe can be switched on to have a light bring it to life with blowing snow surroudning Santa inside his sleigh. They also had ones with a Chrsitmas tree, Rudolph and Frosty. We cannot wait to have Santa's globe on display when the Season begins!

Enough talk. I won't leave you empty handed. Here are some pre-season/pre-Blossoms photos that I took with my blackberry. Not the best quality, but a fantastic reminder that the Blossoms thread will join us late next month courtesy of Crown.

(more to come....)

Thanks for the dose of Christmas excitement, Brent!!!!!!!!!

I have purchased a Holiday Barbie every year since my daughter was born in 1994 and other various collector Barbies as well and they have never been opened. I have tucked them away in boxes in the attic and I told her that sometime in the future I will give them all to her and she can either hold onto them or sell them. Hopefully, one day they will be worth something and she can do with them what she wants to.

I also did the same thing for my son with the Hess Trucks that come out every Christmas. I have been saving them for him since 1992; they have never opened, and are still in the box....

That is such a lovely gesture, xmastidings!

Good afternoon, everyone. Sorry I wasn't here yesterday. I was going to check in last evening, then I started to not feel very good. The stuff my kids, well about another after I went to lay down, I had it too. Thank goodness my sister was here and could watch the kids for me. God Bless her!

I am starting to feel better now. I've had some Gatorade so far and I think I am going to eat some soup here in a little bit.

Anyway, I will try to catch up on some of the posts here in a little bit. I want to keep trying to rest, since I head back to work tonight.

Talk to you guys later. Hope you're all having a wonderful Monday!

Hey sugar! Glad you & the kids are feeling better, friend. xo

Well I have been reading all your posts & I have made it to Sunday!! I'm catching up!

I wanted to tell you all about our chilly weekend! Our friends had a party Friday night - we were going to sit around a bonfire & grill out. It was so cold & windy outside we didn't even light a fire. We sat inside their building with the garage door open. All girls were in sweatshirts. It was so cold with the door open, we had to close it!!!
Saturday we went to an outdoor wine tasting/jazz fest with the girls in my family. I wore a jacket all day! Then we drove by someone's house who was burning leaves & my sister said "Oh it smells like FALL" - then another sister says "look at the clouds in the sky...we have OCTOBER clouds in August"!
Sunday it was cooler again! I had a jacket on for awhile yesterday afternoon sitting outside. We took the convertible out last night & ended up with windows up & heater on! It's supposed to be 88 on Thursday but the rest of the week is 70's & low 80's! Could it be Fall is moving in already????

What a wonderful weekend!! Sounds Autumn-perfect!

Well it looks like the rain is going to miss us so the party is still on!!!!!

One thing is clear after an afternoon spent on the minature golf course here at the campground. I won't be joining the PGA tour anytime soon.

We had October clouds, too! It really does seem like we are a over a month ahead on weather patterns. Puff balls are already out and geese are flying south. When I was in town last week, the lady that checked me out at the Mission store told me the hummingbirds had left ~ she normally doesn't see that happen until after Labor Day.

Thanks, Meceka! They are both better!

You're welcome, Sugar. Glad to hear they are better ~ hope you are, too!

evening guys,

watched another christmas film yesterday "the night they saved christmas" it was an old one, from 1984, i enjoyed it. can't wait to start watching my autumn movies which include when harry met sally, monster house, spooky buddies, and coraline. will start them in september.

i'm on weigh****chers at the minute, trying to lose a bit of weight, don't feel too comfortable in my skin at the minute, but it's hard because i love food soooo much! craving chocolate cakes, full english breakfasts, indian food, ice cream etc... going to be good for a while and see if i can lose the weight, then i'll allow myself these treats at the weekend.

Good Luck Johnor !!! You can do it !!! I know what you mean, though. I was on maintenance for nearly three years at the same weight and just let loose in April. Since then I have gained a HUGE amount of weight and I just don't have the motivation to go back to dieting......I am NEVER comfortable in my skin actually !! Take care, let us know how you are doing !! xo

Good evening all you night owls. Who? Oh no. Don't start that. Hah.

Just relaxing, listening to Christmas music and downloading Christmas stuff. It was a nice cool 70 ish degrees today. Quite the change from 90+ with crummy humidity. I think fall is shoving its way over early. I wouldn't mind, but if everyone at work knew they would blame me! haha! Oooh. It Must've Been Ol' Santa Claus - Harry Connick Jr is now playing. Love that song. In the next few days we will be heading over to walmart. Hopefully I can drag my Wife into the seasonal section for me to take a peek! Well I'm just about ready to head off to bed. Sweet Christmas candy cane dreams to all! Oh and I hear Carl has some gingerbread camel cookies for us all at the Pines!
