Good Morning MMC!!!!! It's going to be another hot one here in central Indy with a high of 87 today. I'm hoping to put all of the drama from yesterday behind me and get some stuff done today. I think my first goal is to head to the grocery store and get some pumpkin spice coffee creamer. Then it will be home to put up my fall decorations. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!

I have returned from my vacation back home in Sault Ste. Marie. What a wonderful weekend it was! Kim and I arrived at about 2 PM on Saturday and were out at camp (cottage) by 4:45. It was beautiful to be out there for nearly two full days. So peaceful. Following camp, Kim and I returned to my mom's and had a great time. The food and the atmosphere were both excellent. I always enjoy seeing my family. It's always good to be home.

Jacob had a great birthday party last night. His big present was a huge stereo system with an iPod dock. He blasted us out till 11 PM, but since it was his birthday...

Thursday hello ... trying to get back on track after being out of commission most of the week. I'm still a bit droopy, but I'll be back in the office tomorrow. Time to "get back on the horse." I'm always a little nervous about going back after a few sick days. I generally feel like they don't quite believe I was really sick---but I'm one of those who isn't comfortable calling in sick unless I AM too sick to do a day's good work.

caninemom3, how is the foot doing? I hope the meds will help that quickly, it sounds so awful.

Seawaters, I worry about your sudden queasiness last night. How are you doing?

I'm thinking of everyone and I've been reading the posts, but just haven't had the energy to do much posting in return.

Feeling much better, thank you. It was so weird how it hit and finally went away when I took some of my anit-nausea pills. I guess the residuals of chemo can stay with you for a while. Enjoy your day. Are you better yet?

The doctor said I could have some chemo-like effects for up to a year after chemo. The anti-nausea medicine really helps quickly! I slept like a baby, except I didn't cry to be fed at 2 a.m.!

I didn't have too. My sister in seattle told my sister here exactly what she thought and that's what started all of the drama.
