Work is done, grape filling is made (I taste the lemon juice in it more than the grapes!) and two baskets of tomatoes are picked. I thought I was all caught up on them ~ what a crop this year! There are a couple of puff balls started in the field. This is the time of year I would expect to see them coming up, but I am actually surprised as they were coming up all last month. If one of the deer doesn't get to them, I will take care of them tomorrow after I get home. I am getting ready to relax for the rest of the evening. I just started another mystery yesterday and I want to get as far into it as possible tonight as it is only on loan to me for a few days.

I'm going to stop by at the Pines real quick ~ I want my gingerbread house and some of the Pumpkin Macadamia nut coffee I heard Carl was brewing up.

Dinner is done dishes is done kids are in bed asleep Hubby just got home from working a very LONG day and is going to bed and I am here! lol

Just wanted to check in with everyone and say Goodnight it's been a long tiring day and I will get back up at 5 am and do it all over!

Wednesday (Pinesday!) hello! Should be a busy day at the office for me ... a big brochure is headed for my desk. Another cool, sunny morning, and the sun should soon be sneaking across my desk from the skylight.

Big Happy Birthday to caninemom3! I hope you like chocolate!

Carl must be a mind-reader ... I was going to request gingerbread. When the cool fall weather begins, I start thinking about sugar-and-spice things like gingerbread and cinnamon tea.

Thanks, I contacted everyone on the list and no one can take it so I called the boss, I am sure she will not want me coughing like this while serving subs. Still waiting to hear back from her.
For now, I will just work on trying to drown this cold!

Thanks! And I'm happy to be back. I'm so excited for the holiday season. Fall is my favorite time of year just because all of the major holidays are in it. You should have seen my excitement when I saw that the Magic Kingdom at Disney World and Disneyland in Cali were already decorated for Halloween. umpkin:

Home Improvement on TV....Kandice is not feeling so well....but she is not really sick either....it seems like she is stuck with a cold....that doesnt really want to come out....kinda weird....I had this before....Kandice never....so at times she is totally fit...and then for some time...........she is kinda idle...but it is getting better

Good evening, everyone!

I need to play catch up, bad! I saw so many returning names - yay! Everyone is coming back for the fall :]

My uncle's dog isn't doing well at all, his levels are not where they should be at all. Surgery is either tomorrow or Friday because the vet said he won't live more than a couple of weeks unless they do it. He has a 50/50 shot of making it through surgery.

I have to share something cute with you guys about the dog. He loves Christmas soooo much. When he sees his presents that are wrapped for him, my aunt and uncle have to put them up high because he jumps off of all fours into the air to try to get to them - lol! He also unwraps all of his presents on his own.

Please keep him in your thoughts/prayers - I appreciate it :]

Good evening, everyone! Just sitting outside, with EA and DH. We're sitting under a tree and I just got done reading a book to her.

We're working on doing the last minute touches for camping. We are leaving tomorrow after I get home from work.

Nothing is new here. Enjoying every moment of life.

Seriously, hot tea with a good dollop of honey and several strong squirts of lemon juice --- several times a day --- helps me when I'm congested. Sometimes it kills the cold, but at the very least it's soothing.
