I am enjoying a relaxing day. Cooked a big pot of meatball soup, putting some in the freezer for later. Finished drying a bunch of peppers that I grind up for seasoning. Doing some more work on the decorations for the upcoming cake competition.

It is so chilly here I am actually considering turning on the furnace. It is only 11c (51f) and windy. Also looks like we may get some more rain.

I had my hubby light the pilot for our fireplace tonight. Its supposed to be 35º overnight!! :cold:
