everyone is doing fine and the weather here is FINALLY turning abit cooler. ok for us cooler with the highs in the 80's in the daytime and 50's at night! so glad to see it from the 100+ temps of this summer!

81 days till Christmas day WOW!!! I know my house hold is getting excited! I'm really blessed with a family who Loves Christmas as much as I do! and one of our daughters is counting the day until the world largest christmas party here at MMC! they all had fun last year hearing it but She REALLY GOT into it. soooooo I really got to watch my phone this year lol

Hello everyone! I can't really believe it's Thursday already. It means another week has almost passed. Although my lectures at the university are finished for now, a very busy weekend is still to come: making index cards for learning vocabulary and finishing a lot of reading which is left because I couldn't manage to do all of it on weekdays. And I still have to find some time to do some cross-stitching otherwise I won't be able to finish my Christmas present for my godparents until Christmas. Shame on me and my time menagement!

P.S. something is really wrong with me because I can't stop eating honey lately. Is there anyone else who has some kind of obssesion with eating something non-stop? ^^

It is a nice day out, but getting very windy. It is going to cool off for tomorrow and there is more rain in the forecast - yay! It is getting chilly in here already ~ snuggle duds time.

We went to an antique sale this morning ~ didn't buy anything. I was looking for one thing and when I found it, I didn't like the shape it was in for the price. Then we went to a benefit sale at the Catholic church. I found a few things that I had to have for the store, so the morning wasn't a total waste of time.

Bo has been acting a bit off the past few days. I was planning on going to the Homecoming parade this evening, but need to stay here in case he needs help. My brother wrote a book and I have the rough draft loaded on the laptop, so I will start reading it tonight. It will be nice and quiet and I will be able to hear if Bo whines.

we are back from Disneyland Paris and as soon as I will be able to load up pictures again....i will post em....we had blast...now Kandice is watching Ariel....and I am chilling on the couch....the house is a bit of a mess today....but after a 7 hour bus ride and hardly any sleep....I didnt have the energy to do much....tomorrow is another day!!!

Cookies are ONE of my downfalls. But I have noticed that my eating habits have changed a little with chemo. I just don't seem to have an appetite much anymore, but when I am hungry, I really need to eat right away! We went to dinner last night and I was trying not to take pain meds for most of the day, just to see if I could handle it. Well, that was NOT a success; so I had to go back in and get my prescription renewed. It is a prescription that you have to get in person and hand-deliver it to the pharmacist. So I did that. I just have to stay on top of the pain or it takes forever to het a handle on. Anyway, we came home from the restaurant and I was hungry for one of my candy corn Oreos. For some odd reason, one was enough! I noticed that I am losing weight, at least in my face! All the other weight goes to my hips, so here I am with small face, big hips!!! Oh, and a semi-bald head! I meant to ask, CM3, could you have edema of the feet? When I checked out lymphedema, I saw some pics of people with edema in the feet. Not a fun-looking thing at all!
