I agree!! Time always goes so fast, but it speeds up even more from Oct. 1 all the way til Jan 2nd! We need to enjoy every minute!

Actually at the time (in my dream) it was more like "WOO HOO!!!" :lol: I saw on accuweather last night that the 1st chance of snow here is Nov. 16...that must be where my dream came from...along with all the talk of "Sandy"?? I dunno! I'm not sure where my niece came into the picture either! But I texted her this morning & thanked her for getting me through the horrible snow storm safely. She texted back "HUH?" :lol: Crazy dream!

:ghost:Well we are trying not to dwell on the bad weather right now, we are preparing for the worst but hoping for the best... Anyway, last night hubby and I were talking about our plans for the weekend ~ we always plan out our hikes, makes it more enjoyable to get there and know what route to take, but he threw in a curve ball where I expected a fast ball... He wants to go the Sleepy Hollow, they DO A HUGE Halloween themed weekend and this is the last one of the season, so we might do both, maybe only go for a short hike and then pop over to Sleepy Hollow and see the "real" Headless Horsemen... BOOOO HHHHHHAAAAAAAA MMMMAAAWWWW HHHHAAAWWWWW LOL my scary laugh for Halloween!!!!:fangs:

Great idea, we did some stocking made sure we had the candles, batteries (you know for those Giltter Candles - LOL still have to laugh right!?!?!), canned food, and kittie, birdie, and doggie food supply. What we do not use we can always donate, goodness I help out at a soup kitchen, thanks for the great idea...
 
On a side note we at MMC have a total of 9,990 members, holy glitter candles we can hit 10K n/p!!! That is pretty cool beans

The only worry we have is the tropical storm Sandy - they said it is a monster storm for this time of year and it could hit the FL coast or shift up the coast to the northeast states. If it hits here, it will be Friday. Pray for it to miss here!! I can't believe I am up at 4 AM but I went to bed early since it was a travel day and slept like a baby. Flight was good so thanks for your prayers! Guess I will ty going back to bed now. Mickey Mouse and Donald Duck said "hi!" ;]

Thank you. It is kinda small but we enjoy living here. It is bear hunting season now so we have a lot of hunters around and hear shots and dogs running the bears but it is usually very quiet.
