We had a great weekend with the Elks. The food was so good, but it always is! The dinner at Buca di Beppo was especially good. We will be having leftovers tonight. The radiation doctor told me that I really look good and rested today. Taking off work was exactly what I needed! I will try to get on later during the football game. TTYL

The nap was good, I was woken up when my son came in and the phone rang at the same exact time. It was a stupid political robo-call, one more day until all these phone calls and mailers stop, we have been averaging 4-5 robo-calls a day, and 2-3 mailers a day. Just taking it easy now. I am hoping to rent Arthur Christmas tomorrow since it is coming out on DVD tomorrow.

Even as Canadians, we have plenty of interest in your upcoming election, but that must be very exhausting and frustrating to be hounded all the time.

I saw a commercial for Arthur Christmas today. It looks great! I've always heard good things. Perhaps I may have to purchase a copy on Blu-Ray...

Hi everyone. Hope your weekends were nice. Stayed late at work today, a lot going on. Still no electric, but no worries the Condo Club house is now up and running and we can take nice hot shower there, I go to work very early in the AM so gas lines aren't a problem for me.

I hope all of you are well. I will check through the posts to see what I missed over the weekend.

I forgot to tell you that we went shopping at Arden Mall. I went to Yankee Candle and bought a night light "scenter," two ccndles (Mistletoe and Balsam & Cedar), and some room fresheners to go in the night light. They have candles named after each phrase in "My Favorite Thngs," such as Brown Paper Packages, Schneitzle with Noodles, and Warm Woolen Mittens (etc.). Have a great rest-of-the-evening. I am tired and have, sort of, a little nausea. Take care, everyone. My appointments are at 11 a.m. this week and change to 9 a.m. the following week. It has already made a difference: We won't be traveling home in the dark!!!

just got a call that my sisters husband had a heart attack. He is in hospital awaiting a bypass. I will call my siter later when she gets home again.

Your post made me think of an Italian place about 45 minutes south of here called Beppo Uno's. Mmmmm! I have been craving that place. We will have to go soon! Glad your leftovers were delish!!

I still have yet to see Arthur Christmas !!! I only saw a perview and it had a polar bear in it !!
