I absolutely loved it, the best Christmas movie (imho) since Polar Express, my wife liked it, and the boys liked it. It is what we call an "owner" which means we need it for our collection. See it when you get a chance, I don't think you will be disappointed.

Interesting. I do not yet have Polar Express in my collection, however, I saw it for $10 on Blu-Ray at HMV. It is a must purchase for this season. With your suggestion, I will be sure to purchase Arthur Christmas, too!

Good morning, Christmas family! How are you all? I am well. Relaxing here on the site, then I need to get some things done.

DH is working and the kids are at preschool/daycare, so I am going to try to be productive today. I plan on going to vote, go do some shopping, do some online shopping, then wrap some Christmas gifts. I am also going to make a homemade chicken potpie for dinner.

Just wanted to update everyone: my dad will either be discharged home from the hospital today or tomorrow. He will be coming home on Lovenox, which is a blood thiner in a form of a shot and he will be on that short term, but then he will remain on Coumadin the rest of his life, since this is his 3rd blood clot. Thank you all for your continued prayers. Prayers work and God has truly watched over my family!

What a day !!! I am glad to report that my Hermione had a bad tooth and that the doctor found it and got it out. It was actually behind another tooth sort of hiding. It was loose, the doctor said and there was just a little infection but it is out now.

I am so tired just from the stress. But better days ahead....

I still can not believe my eyes but as I was walking Buster tonight I saw a Christmas tree through a house window!! In our neighborhood!!!! Nobody here ever puts up their tree this early! OH how I love it!!! So pretty & so fun to see!!! I'll be walking by their house again tomorrow night...

I saw this was released today and couldn't help myself. Obviously, I already have the DVD, but I had to jump at the opportunity to own The Muppet Christmas Carol on Blu-Ray. It's one of my top three Christmas movies, so I need it in the clearest quality possible. It's hard to believe it has been 20 years since its release already.

I love this movie too !!!!!

xmas- i was wondering about that movie. haven't heard of that 1 but maybe i'll catch it somewhere.

brent- i didn't know the muppet Christmas carol was that old either. i remember my kids watching it & i loved it! i guess i should have known since the 1 we had was a VHS, lol. *note to self---must buy new 1 on blu-ray.
