Wonderful news about Mouse! And good news about the prices on the estate sale. I love finding good deals like that. Take care and rest when you need to.

Good news at the vets' office today - Mouse is doing good!!! Her meds have been reduced. She is to finish the bottle she has and then a week after that, I take her for another check-up. So relieved! In other news, I found some good items for the store at an estate sale this morning and the prices were awesome! Love sales like that - kind of makes up for when I buy something and find out later I spent way too much for the item. That happens a lot - this job is a never-ending learning experience.

For some reason I am exhausted. I need to get a bit of work done yet, though, so I had best get going.

BRRRRRRRRRRRRR, I think Seawaters weather has come over here!
Yesterday it was humid and 24c (74f) and now it is 7c (44f) It is also gotten very very windy with lots of noisy gusts.

The alarm guys are finally gone. My husband stopped home so I was able to run my daughter to the doctor. So everything worked out. Oh and the ducks are here again, they're in the pool right now!

The workers were here for 9 hours. I don't mean to complain but it was hard keeping the dogs away from them. They were in and out of every room of the house so I didn't know where to go. I was just carrying the dogs around, trying to stay out of their way. Glad that's over.
My two oldest are working. It hasn't rained yet but it looks like it will. The winds are picking up too. I'm going to cook dinner for my husband now, he should be here soon. Be back later.

I've been out all morning at the awards ceremony at school. Jacob's awards were at night for the upper school, and lower school awards were this morning. Elizabeth got the honor roll trophy, the subject award for spelling, the certificate of national fitness, and the 6th grade Citizenship Award! We were so proud of her!
