Yeah, at first I thought it was just tilted back but it does look like his face has been pulled up a little to tight!!!

I am so excited, we are getting a teacup chihuahua! These dogs were rescued from an illegal breeder who was abusing them, locked in a hot barn, not enough food or water. Some of them are very sick. The lady who resuced them asked if I would like one. She will let me know when they are ready to go.
I am going to have a new furbaby!

That's a wonderful thing you are doing. Enjoy your new furbaby!
