Snowflake, best of luck on the new job today. And BTW, resetting our cable modem fixed the streaming video problem. I found a couple "Alfred Hitchcock Presents" Christmas episodes on Amazon Instant Video for 99 cents apiece and bought them. I'm looking forward to watching free "Twilight Zone" episodes during the Halloween season!

My energy level is still high, and I really feel like I am "in the groove"!!!

I think I want some of whatever you're taking! I haven't felt "in the groove" since I don't know when!

I am not doing well today, I took some Claritin before bed last night and it made my heart race all night long, I have been up since 2:30am but I went to work lasted about 6 hours before leaving work early. I came home a little after 1pm and took a short nap. I feel lousy. I do get to watch my Bruins in a preseason game tonight on TV, and next Thursday will be the first game of the new season. I am glad I have tomorrow off.

We were SO busy today, and I have not had time to even read my emails!!! I went to the doctor and received a Vitamin B shot that did not kick in until we headed for home. It kicked in BIG TIME and I had energy to spare. I will try to catch up tomorrow and the rest of this week. I know I must award some prizes, so that will come tomorrow. TTYT

Everything has worked out regarding DH and his new position afterall. Feels good to know where things are at finally! He also managed to fix the car and it is running. I think there is still one minor thing but that shoud be ok.

It's a beautiful morning here. It has that sort of orange light cast through the greyness that you only see in autumn. I'm going to walk my son to school and take my little one for a walk through the park. I'll see you all later.

Good morning MMC.
I haven't been feeling well the past couple of days. My headaches/migraines have been just awful. And to top it off the kids have been sick. I had two of them at the doctor yesterday, the other is going today.
I got a call last night from the mother of the little girl I was going to start watching today. Her grandmother has volunteered to put her on the bus on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, so they will not be needing me. The mother promised me that if anything changes I will be the first one she calls. To be honest with you, I am almost relieved because I haven't been feeling well lately. Some days I barely have the energy to get through the day and take care of my own family.
I will be heading out soon, the dogs have a groomer appointment in a little while. I have a few errands to run while Molly and Maggie are at the groomer, including a trip to the supermarket. Then back home for chores. I also need to start a big pot of chicken soup for dinner.

Alright everyone....about to head to bed....I'm sure things will be touch and go for me the next few days, but I will keep everyone posted ASAP. We are reporting tomorrow morning at 6:00 am and they said they would have her on an IV by 7:00....she is already 4 cm dilated...so they don't think it will take all day....

Man, it seems like yesterday I was telling everyone that we were having a baby...that it was a boy...no wait, a girl.....time sure flies...

I'm a bundle of nerves right now....need to sleep, but I'm not sure how I'm going to do that....

anyways....i'm off.....say a prayer for the Little Bambina and Dr. Wifey if you don't mind...

What is the date for the ornament exchange? And does anyone know how long it should take for a package to get from northern California to Canada? I am so excited about the exchange and can hardly wait to hear my ornament partner's reaction!!! I feel like a kid in a candy store! Speaking of candy, I made a quick trip to Wal-Mart earlier tonight and bought Hershey Kisses and candy corn and pumpkins! A little later this morning, I will tell y'all what I bought yesterday (Monday). My energy level is still high, and I really feel like I am "in the groove"!!!

I think the ornaments are supposed be mailed out before November 1st and I'm guessing at least a week for it to get there if you send it priority. Probably double that if you send it regular ground.

Good Tuesday COACH'S BABY'S BIRTHDAY!!!!, my Christmas friends!

I know how excited you and your family are, Coach! We're praying for y'all!

I worked on the Camaro yesterday afternoon, and we finally got the A/C equipment mounted in it. the new car was obviously from up north, and didn't have A/C. So we chopped-up one of the other cars and move an A/C to this car. Now we can start putting the engine together and getting the body ready to paint.

Good Morning MMC!!!! It's going to be another beautiful day here with a high in mid 70's. Pretty excited here today. My brother from another mother is going to become a dad!!! My sister from another mother is starting a new job that I know she is going to be great at and NCIS is back tonight!!!! I'm going to try and contain my excitement though and do some work around the apartment and maybe make a couple of apple pies. I'm also going to work on some preliminary song lists for the shows I volunteered to do on Kringle radio. I hope everyone is having a GREAT DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

About to head out to get ready for work...Thinking about Coach today as I am sure all of you are..Having a kid especially the first time is such a different bundle of nerves and emotions and at the end it's magical to see a life coming into the world.. Anyhow I can't wait to hear the news. Okay everyone have a great morning at work I will try to keep online as much as I can!!

When my first was born, I remember everything going on in the room, and I must have gotten really pale and nearly passed out and the nurses and Dr were paying attention to me instead of my wife having the baby. The nerves and emotions were unreal.

It was an amazing thing to witness, and we joke about that now.
