I got the turkey and stuffing
broccoli, corn, coleslaw and cranberries
potatoes and gravy
buns
pickled onions, beets and pickles
apple pie, pumpkin pie with whip cream
I feel like I am missing something...

I am very tired, had 6 pallets to break down, I rearranged my stockroom and of course the rest of usual work.

One more day until my day off and we head to Yankee Candle Village, I can't wait.

I'm gonna be broke!

Harlowe & I are tired, so we are going to veg out on the couch.

Good evening, MMC!

I am almost done with the paperwork - yay! The rest of the evening will be spent tagging items for the store - fun! I am going to put on a bit of swing Christmas music and the time will go by fast. Won't be around much tomorrow - buying trip plus lots of errands to run. Sunday is more of the same. Trying to get a lot done while it is still so nice out. 77 tomorrow - good weather for standing in line waiting to get into the sales!!!

As you may have read in some of my earlier posts I have been rearranging furniture during the past few days. Today, Palmer has been rearranging her toys! She has been carrying her teddy bear all around and placing it in various spots. Once placed, she sits and stares at it for a few minutes and then picks it up and moves it to another spot. Right now she has it hugging a box. As to her jingle balls, she is lining them up in prime play positions. :lol:

She is being a Sweet Pea again today!!!

That's so cute, Palmer sounds like such a sweetheart!
My cat Bella found one of my daughters pony tail holders on the floor this morning and she has been playing with it all day. I think it's her new favorite toy!

As Made reported, we FINALLY received our building permit. Hubby had to go down and pay a school tax (over $700), building permit fee (over $1000), and now has to pay the utility company a fee to put up a temporary electrical pole. In addition, he has to submit to the electric company his CAD plans, plus LOTS of other things! What??? It is crazy! He went online yesterday and ordered the huge exhaust hood for the stove! That thing was $3000! I guess it is a good thing we are rich, LOL!!! (Y'all know I am kidding, right?)

It really is crazy. I keep telling my husband it would have been easier to have moved!

Good evening!
I'm getting very sleepy so I think I'm going to lay down and rest while I wait for the girls to come in. My husband is working on the living room ceiling again, which is right under our bedroom. It is loud and annoying. Grrr. Oh well, at least he's making progress.
I went to Hallmark earlier and picked up two ornaments. I got the first and second pieces of The Twelve Days of Christmas. I'm going back next week to get the third piece and I'll be caught up with that series. I really like them, they are very pretty. There is a Homegoods right next door to Hallmark so I popped in and was happy to see how many Christmas decorations were out. I actually went in to look at the Halloween decor but there wasn't much left! I am hoping to make it to Michaels tomorrow, I haven't been there in a while.
