Good evening, MMC!
Working late today.
Be MERRY!!!
Well everyone, I am headed to bed for a little while. I hope you all have a great rest of your night. Talk to you all in the am! God Bless and keep smiling! Tomorrow is Friday after all!
read through the posts quick, I am tired tonight.
Special posts start tomorrow, so excited!
Slow day at work, last day of the sale, new sale starts tomorrow, so expecting it to be crazy then!
Finally decided on a design for my gingerbread house competition entry, "an old fashioned Christmas" I am going to make a covered bridge, with people skating on the ice, a fire on shore to keep warm at. Some people hauling a tree home on a sled and what ever other details I decide to add.
LittleCS is doing a log cabin in the woods, with an outhouse beside it, a fresh cut tree being dragged into the house. The back is going to be open so you can see inside. (like a doll house)
Good evening!
Looks like I have a lot of catching up to do, I will try and read through the posts before I go to sleep.
It was a quiet day here, it rained off and on. I had a headache this afternoon and decided to take a nap for a little while. When I woke up I found out I missed a double rainbow, I was so disappointed! At least my headache went away.
I was also watching the local news earlier and I see that a 76 foot tall Norway Spruce tree has been cut down from Shelton Connecticut and is on its way to Manhattan to be placed in Rockefeller Plaza for the Christmas tree lighting. That's so exciting!
I can't believe tomorrow is Friday already!
Enjoy the rest of your evening!
Good night and sweet dreams!

Good evening everyone! Just one more day of work until the weekend. We don't have anything planned which is the way I like it. The last month has been so busy I would love a weekend with nothing to do. There is the Georgia game this sat. I think the dawgs should be okay but you can never be too sure...After this game there are just 2 games left in the regular season..well maybe 3 but the last game is always to Ga tech/ga game the weekend after thanksgiving. That is the game I always made sure to go to.
We may go buy more Christmas things this weekend. And we for sure are decorating weds after I get home from work. I am sure I will have to finish up on the weekend too. We have gotten more snow too! although most melted today when we got up to 60 but this weekend we are forecast to get up to 6 inches of the white stuff! I am not sick of it yet.!! everyone says I will be though by april.
Well that is all I can think of now. Have a good night everyone I will talk to yall tomorrow!
Via Washington PostA 76-foot Norway spruce is joining thousands of other Connecticut commuters as it heads to work in midtown Manhattan.
For the second time in six years, the city of Shelton is sending a Christmas tree to New York City’s Rockefeller Center for the annual holiday display. Workers were cutting the tree down Thursday and sending it by tractor-trailer to New York City, 70 miles away.
It’s expected to arrive in Manhattan overnight and go up Friday morning.
The tree-lighting ceremony is scheduled for Dec. 4. The tree will remain on display until Jan. 7.
Enjoy the party!
