I think I'm going to turn in a little early tonight, I feel a headache coming on. I read through the posts quick and I hope everyone that had to deal with the storms today are safe and sound.
Shellie, I'm sorry to hear about what Scooby went through. Thank God he's doing better. It's good to see you back.

Hey everyone! Hope this finds everybody safe. Dicey day, weatherwise. We got a lot of wind. I got concerned earlier today because the clouds cleared away, the sun came out, and the temp got to almost 80. This time of year, that can be a recipe for disaster. But all is well!
I've got a roadtrip tomorrow. Gotta head to a meeting about two hours away. Looking forward to it, just hope they let us out early so we aren't on the road until late in the evening.
This is the last week before Thanksgiving break. I'm stoked. I want a few days off BAD. It will be a welcome break.

I'm watching Christmas movies on Hallmark with hubby and going over some of my plans for Christmas.
I jot down things after each season we could improve on for the following year.
Hopefully, I can avoid a headache myself by trying to stay ahead of things and not let myself get too far behind.

Our goal every year is to be 100 percent finished by December 1. Not going to happen this year, though. We are the lucky Christmas lovers who "get it."

We have half of the village display set up, and am mostly done upstairs. I will hopefully complete them after my next day off

Hello all,
My plan was to decorate for Christmas today, back feeling better, good sleep. I woke up with a nasty stiff neck, I can barely turn my head. I am so far behind, all I usually have left to do by now is just to put up the trees. I have 2 Santa's displayed, and my 2 musical Christmas clocks up, and that is it. Anyone want to catch the Lear and help me get ready before Thanksgiving?
I am hoping I will knock out a lot on Tuesday, if I don't come down with another foolish malady.
I didn't even want to watch football today. The Bengals won, so that makes me happy. I spent most of the day shopping online for deals for the boys.
