I have a big apology to make to everyone here. I signed up for the card exchange and I cannot afford to send them out. I feel like I am letting everyone down. I am so sorry but it has been a rough year financially, if not for living with my kids I am not sure where I would be right now. I am truly sorry.

We all understand, Star. We are all just praying that next year is better for you.

Happy 1st of December-!!! Can You all believe we are that far already? I can hardly grasp that the time has come.....Today Kandice has opened her first door of her Calendar and a small fairy came out....she loves this kind of stuff....so it was a good day.....lol

Of course we also lit the first candle of our Adventskranz while having a nice big breakfast..........I also got my first christmas present of the season on Friday.

I had told Jones a two months ago that I want to lose weight and will try to get into the cheap gym in my town....20 euros the month......on Friday he took me there .....so my present is a one year membership to the gym......I went there the first time today....and I liked it.....I´ve always been athletic.......now my athletic body is kinda hiding behind some fat....haha.....so now I´m working on my sixpack for Christmas 2014

Glad you & Kandice had a wonderful first day of December!!

thanks, that is my problem too. I do not know what your area is like but around here jobs are hard to find and then they only want to hire part time. Frustrating for sure.
But, I have a home, food and a warm bed so I can be grateful for all the necessities.

Good evening!
I went shopping at the outlets earlier and was happy to see many decorated houses on the way home. One home had a bunch of inflatables on the front lawn. I did a double take on one of them. It was an inflatable mooning Santa! I've never seen that one before. What the heck?
Anyway, I got a few more gifts for the girls. I'm looking forward to Cyber Monday tomorrow. I'm hoping to keep chipping away at my gift list!

*sigh* In 3 hours I'll be dropping off my husband to fly back to his job after his 4 days off for Thanksgiving. :-( Hate doing all the Christmas stuff without him. He won't be back till the 23rd.

Wow, the first Sunday of Advent already! Where does the time go? I'll be putting out our Advent wreath so that we can light it this evening. And I'm listening to my Advent playlist right now. I'm so looking forward to Christmas...

Well, we start the countdown to Christmas break tomorrow...15 school days...

Hope yall had a great thanksgiving...haven't been here as much as I wanted in the past few days, but now things are slowing down...well, as much as they can...the holidays get really busy when you have a little one....there is a lot to do to stay caught up and prepared.
