Christmas Countdown - 2013

Thinking of you Britt. It is so hard to go through something like that unless you have the love and support of family and friends. You will be in my prayers.

Morning everyone! How's everyone doing? I be lounging on my couch & the boyfriend is watching boxing... And feeding his candy crush addiction hahahahah
We celebrated christmas early the other night (just ry & I) seeing as we have many places to be the week of christmas etc, just on a whim decided it was a good idea to have ours fairly early! Threw my family off, ya woulda sworn It was the end of the world... Texts "what! Christmas without us?", "what is going on?" Bwahaha teach me to let facebook land know we're celebrating early!
Had to go to the hospital this week, doctor found that I have moderate to high counts of precancerous tissue in my cervix (whomp whoooommmp), so had to have a biopsy done... will get the results around the 25th (again, whomp whommmppp) now I believe it was to see what exactly is going on with my tissue, guessing it was to see how far along I am??? (don't quote me on that... All I remember him saying is he thinks my results will come back moderate & we will go ahead from there) what a lovely Xmas gift eh!!!! Ok it's not too bad, according to them they're being proactive.(which I am thankful for!!!!).. It's not cancer yet & would take a long time to get to that point they just wanna stop it dead in its tracks now. All I know is it scared the bajeebus out of me, and I **** near fainted when she said my counts were moderate/high, no thank you!!!!!

Speaking of fainting, almost did when I walked into the mall yesterday! One word : PACKED... Felt like a package of sardines in there, I love the hustle & bustle but my goodness shopping at this time of year proves to be a tad difficult! I am definitely not used to shopping so late & don't often leave it for so long, i remembered why yesterday hahahahah

Forgot to say we just celebrated our own Xmas, not our families!! We will be going to our families on Xmas haha!

Goodmorning MMC!!! Today we decorate the tree and house! I'll have my browser open on my laptop all day too for the Christmas party!!

Just saw this on my husband's facebook page - he must be feeling extra homesick today if he's posting pics of our dogs. LOL He took this at Thanksgiving. This is Jake and Mrs. Chiweenie though we've shortened it to Chi or Chi-chi. LOL

Hi Shellie, it's so nice to see you. I also can't believe Christmas is only a couple of weeks away. I'm kind of having a hard time this year too. My husband is still working on the house and it is a mess. I don't even have a tree up. Coming here every day keeps my spirits up!

It has been a pretty good day here. My brother and I celebrated his birthday by eating out and watching some movies. "Young Pioneers" just finished and it looks like another movie is already running. A Western with William Shatner - that ought to be interesting.

There is snow on the ground, too! I did a quick check of the radar and MI is looking extremely blue yet they are only forecasting a dusting to an inch of accumulation.

Well, we had a busy day. I set up the 7.5 ft tree and decorated it. Set up the each of the boys 2 ft trees, and let them decorate them. I wasn't able to take part in the Christmas party like I wanted to. :-o
Back to work in the morning, it is suppose to be a slushy, messy drive in the a.m. with a winter storm coming through.
