Hey everybody!!! I don't know where the last several days have gone, but I have been thinking about all of you every day & wanting to get on here, but darn....I keep running out of time! (bosses being in the office doesn't help either!)
We just had a great night. We had NO PLANS at all, which just doesn't seem right, right before Christmas. SO I texted our neighbors & told them whoever doesn't have anything going on, come over for some Christmas cheer - drinks & snacks. We had a ball. Them last minute plans are the best!! 4 couples ended up coming over & 2 sons of the 1 couple + our friends stopped it. It turned into a great night. Lots of laughs!! Tomorrow my brother & SIL come in from Cape Cod - hopefully the flooding around here doesn't cause any issues!!!! Can't wait to see them again!!!
I'm worried about my Buster. His back end seems to get weaker every day. He seems confused. Not sure if he really even knows what is going on anymore...but he eats like a champ & doesn't seem to be in any pain...BUT I'm afraid the end is coming soon for my friend!

So - I am sitting here covered up in my Christmas afghan, watching Christmas Magic, by tree light - something I haven't been able to do enough of this season & I am loving every minute of it. It's almost 2am so I should go to bed...but I don't want too!!!!
So I'm off to read some posts & feel even more Christmassy!!! Hope all is well with all of you!!!

The thing about being organised the more kids you have ... now they have left the nest and there's less running around to do I don't feel that I have less to do I actually feel anxious that I have forgotten to do something... I must have missed the natural transition. The anxiety is similar to the feeling you get when you're running late to pick up your child from school and you are imagining they are balling their eyes out but in reality they're having a great time playing footy. The results of my anxiety are bad. After our big family gathering here last night (which went great considering the year we've just had) I couldn't eat all day or even duringn for excitement and concern that I forgotten something major or something major was going to blow up, that I woke with a massive migraine (the head in bucket skull splitting kind). I really need to not stress the small stuff!
I'm feeling much better now and looking forward to Christmas eve when I get driven around to see the lights.

I just sorta watched slept through This Christmas on tv although I do own this one, it is just good background noise while I dozed. I have never seen the ones you mention here but I'm getting a great list together from you all so I can look for them online through the year. I just have to be careful they are the right zones to play on my dvd or vhs player. Cheers everyone.

Good evening everyone! I finally made it back from SLC international airport to get my baby sis! I had to circle a few times because she was at baggage claim still..the roads are terrible with ice and snow so it was a slow go but we are back and ready to eat a lasagna before bed!! Goodnight everyone talk to yall tomorrow!
I hope you can catch it again after all hallmark usually plays the movies until Jan 2nd. Surely they will play it again because it was one of their new 2013 releases...I just watched it again today...I love the scene where they are making Christmas cookies in the middle of the night!!!
