My granddaughter just fell asleep so I got a few minutes to read the forums for a bit. She had a very fun and busy weekend so she is worn out! Then I need to log out and get some chores done.

I was looking at some of my correspondences with Louann, and some of her posts and I noticed that she'd added my three cats names to the bottom of her posts...She was a gem...What a great person and how lucky were we to have known her and been such an important part of her life as she was in ours...No question where she's watching us from now, no question at all...

Bradmac, I see that you are going to see Jurassic Park at the IMAX theater. I love that movie and did not know they were showing it at IMAX. I cannot remember the last time I went to the theater to see a movie but I would consider that one. Is it in 3D too? That would be cool if it was!

Did you get the engine in this weekend?

Shoot no. It seemed like one thing after another conspired against us. First we had trouble finding a flywheel, then we had the wrong starter, then we had to put a shift kit in the transmission, etc, etc, etc. We're closer, though!

It's only supposed to be at the local IMAX for a week. I don't think the IMAX version is 3D, but they do have it in 3D in other local theaters. They actually showed a sneak preview of the new Star Trek movie yesterday, and I missed it!!!

I don't have time to reply to everyone individually but I feel the love with everyone's post about Louann. We truly are family here and it shines even more how we all pull together during times of sadness. I have made some very good friends here. I want to thank you all for that. I always say this is the best forum ever and it is proven that MMC is the best place to be with honoring the loss of a very good person.

We move forward and enjoy Christmas 2013 more than ever to honor her. She would have wanted it that way!

it's a beautiful day here in Louisiana already 71 here and the high is expected to be 80. the two youngest boys are watching Magic school bus and I'm here typing to y'all.

Well i didn't manage to avoid my friend. He showed up and hung around for a couple of hours until he got a call from his office saying that he was being layed off for at least a month since they didn't have any work. So he had to leave and go deal with that.

Then I headed to walmart to get my niece a wii game for her birthday and then to goodwill to look for more christmas cd's. I didn't find any cd's though. Just this guy who had to come home with me-
