I wish... :lol: At 27, that wouldn't be an option, until...oh probably 80, with no SSI, at the rate we're looking at! I would love to go part-time in the future, but need to get some of my house paid off more and get college saved up for. As well all know, kids are VERY expensive!

Not silly at all! You know what she has been watching??? Spongebob Squarepants!!! Ha ha! A great grandmother who loves that silly show but it entertains her! I get a laugh out of it too sometimes. She cannot tolerate the depressing news so she is watching that since it's silly nonsense.

Hey CAH - I got a $20 Amazon GC from Crowdtap, this survey/product testing site I do... any guess what I'll buy?!

Oh good! I forgot to tell you that I finally ordered the DVD but got the last one left that was in good condition at $4.31. The other ones that are around 4 bucks listed is in acceptable condition and one is a book so read the description carefully to not get that one by mistake. Not sure why they listed a book in the DVD section. I do see some DVD's around 7 bucks that are in good condition.

For those wondering what the heck we are talking about, Martha Stewart Halloween DVD. For some reason when Judesmama and I were talking buying it several months ago they were over 30 bucks! Not spending that kind of money but now they dropped below 10 bucks! Her and I already bought the Christmas one and I bought the Thanksgiving one too.

Judesmama, did you ever get the Thanksgiving one?

Made - did you get Valerie's email? "Last shows until JULY" - just seeing those words got me so excited~!!!!! I told my grandmom I am going to make my whole family participate in CiJ this year! She spends so much time on Thanksgiving fretting and cooking so I will make the meal here, take it there, and make her take a little tree out and have the music blaring! (and the ac!!)

Sounds like fun!!!!!!

I'm hoping we will finally get the dates for QVC'S cij on Wednesday.

Ack! I forgot to pickup the kids at school!

Nancy usually does it, but she called to see if I could today. I told her I would, then I got busy here at work and forgot. I finally remembered (about 10 minutes later than usual) and took off for the school. They had walked home by then. We only live a couple blocks from the school, and in Bellville that means about 100 yards away.

I don't mind them walking, but Nancy insists on someone picking them up.

I predict a Rumble in the Bronx when I get home.

I knew someone would suggest those!!! Haha - I've tried them before. My ears seem to eat clogged with them and don't drain right - when I was a child, my right ear drum actually ruptured and now I always have problems with that ear, having permanent hearing loss now from it. Anyway, last time I tried to use ear plugs, I got a severe ear infection and couldn't hear for days out of my right ear. I don't want to chance it again.

Okay, just crank up the hubbies fan next time then.

Good afternoon everyone. I have ZERO motivation at work today! The weather is nice, I'm off Friday, heading on vacation in less than a month. It all adds up to the perfect storm of not caring. But, I'm fighting through it.

We go that first full week of June. And I can't wait!!! Counting down.

I am counting down as well. This will be our big vacation, but we will still take little trips like weekend camping trips and we'll go to amusement parks and those types of things, to keep the kids entertained over the summer, but I am looking forward to this trip - Myrtle Beach, SC for a whole week!

What up my gorgeous peeps?
we finally had sunshine today, it was such a nice day. I finally got the yard mowed too, yaay!

I think I want to get a few flowers to plant, just gotta decide which kinds. I had to cut back 1 of my knockout rose bushes. It was crowded & covering another perennial flower under it. I hope it will be ok, last time I did that it didn't turn out so good.
